Well color me skeptical of their claims. From my experience they tend to say one thing while doing the opposite. Just like President Hussein. And I can recall the Qur’an forbidding Moslems from befriending Christians and Jews, unless they become one of us, the sons of apes and pigs. How they rectify that I don’t know.

Now you can bet their idea of “working for the greater good of all people” is vastly different then yours and mine. Me and you don’t consider Sharia law to be for the greater good, matter of fact we know it works for the lesser good. Show me just one Islamic country under Sharia law that is not considered human rights violators, by our higher moral standards.

They murder gays, they consider women property and deny them all rights that every American woman enjoys, they murder apostates, they don’t allow freedom of religion. etc.. etc..

They expect or hope for 50,000 Moslems to be there.

The Transnational Progressive Obsession with Israel

Israel is one of the most hated nations among members of the Transnational Totalitarian Progressive Movement. Leftwing media outlets like Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Think Progress, MSNBC, CNN and the NY Times constantly bash Israel. Universities in America and Europe have anti-Israel rallies and many on the left invent conspiracies involving Zionists. This is a sick and unhealthy obsession with the nation of Israel, but it is no shock. Progressivism comes from the same Anti-Semitic root as Nazism.

It begins, reasonably, as a response to apparently unnecessary violence by Israel. Then it moves on to accuse Israel of expanding on land the Arabs insist is theirs. Nothing wrong with criticizing that, surely. Israel, a state, deserves to be judged like any other.

Even those friendly toward Israel have often felt duty bound to point out its mistakes. In more innocent times, I imagined that intellectuals in the West paid careful attention to Israel’s faults because they expected it to set a high standard. Who would worry about the moral status of, say, Bolivia? No one except Bolivians. Jews, however, live with the injunction to be (as Isaiah quotes God) “A light unto the nations.”

But now everything has changed. Opposing Israel has become an institutionalized ritual. It’s now a movement across Europe and North America. It has its traditions, like Israel Apartheid Week, celebrated every spring in universities, often the cause of riots and an occasion to intimidate Jewish students. Vehement opposition to Israel appears to be the major interest of thousands of people all over the world. Many are Muslims, sympathizing with the Palestinians, but many are not. This week, attacks on Israel once more appeared on the agenda of the general council meeting of the United Church of Canada, a critic of Israel for generations.

The fact that Progressives hate Israel is just one of the many  reasons to support Israel. It is also no coincidence that the left collaborates with the Totalitarian Islamists against Israel. 10 years ago most people supported Israel, and a majority still do. However, now there is a growing Anti-Israel attitude among those 25 and younger. This is due to Progressive brainwashing and the mainstreaming of Anti-Semitism under the guise of Anti-Zionism.

Israel is a nation that all on the Right should support.

Pro-Israel lobby probe by FBI linked to anti-Semitism

A long-running FBI espionage probe of the pro-Israel lobby in Washington appears to have been motivated in part by anti-Semitism, says a former Pentagon official who revealed this week he had cooperated for 10 weeks with federal agents conducting the probe.

During the AIPAC probe, Franklin said, FBI agents whom he declined to identify by name “asked me about every Jew I knew in [the office of the secretary of defense]. There was an element of that.” Several Jews held prominent positions in the department at the time, including Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz and Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Douglas Feith. Both were associated with the “neoconservative” faction in the Bush administration that supported close U.S. ties with Israel and was accused by critics of having exercised undue influence on President Bush and his top aides leading up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Franklin said he is a “practicing Catholic” and opposes prejudice. “I guess I embraced Pope John Paul II’s view that the Jewish people are our elder brothers, and there was never any prejudice in my family and should not be in my faith,” he said. The FBI investigation targeted AIPAC lobbyists Steven B. Rosen and Keith Weissman as well Naor Gilon, an official at the Israeli Embassy in Washington. Franklin said he wore a portable recording device during meetings with two of the officials during a 10-week period in 2004. Larry Franklin, a former Pentagon analyst who pleaded guilty in 2005 to revealing classified information to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), made the charge in an interview with The Washington Times, his first conversation with an American newspaper since his arrest five years ago. Franklin said in that interview that he became disturbed by several apparently anti-Semitic remarks by his FBI handlers. His cooperation with the agency, which involved taping his conversations with officials of AIPAC and the Israeli Embassy, was first reported by the Times on Wednesday. “One agent said to me, ‘How can an Irish Catholic from the Bronx get mixed up with all these …,’ and I finished the sentence for him: ‘Jews?’ And I proceeded to tell him that Christ and all the Apostles and even his mom were Jewish,” Franklin said in the interview. “So it was that sort of thing. And just sarcastic turns of the phrase from time to time. You know, I felt dirty sometimes,” he said. FBI Assistant Director John Miller declined to address the charges of anti-Semitism. “We have no way to respond to thirdhand characterizations of partial statements allegedly made by unnamed FBI employees several years ago,” Mr. Miller said. “If Mr. Franklin would like to make a formal complaint about the conduct of any FBI employee, there is a process to do.” Franklin, a prominent Iran analyst with the Defense Department before his arrest, said he did not want to tarnish the FBI, and noted that he had come to know many valorous FBI agents in the process of working with the agency on Iran issues and other matters. “But that [anti-Semitism] dimension was part of this investigation and may have been an initial incitement of this investigation,” he said. Weekly Standard [Conservative Magazine] may have been shooter target

More evidence, via Politico, to suggest that the wacko white-supremicist who killed a guard at the Holocaust museum this week was preparing to act out on his hatred against CONSERVATIVES.

FBI agents visited the offices of the conservative Weekly Standard magazine yesterday after a shooting at the Holocaust Memorial Museum and told employees they’d found the magazine’s address

A senior Standard staffer confirmed the visit but declined to discuss it in detail. An FBI spokeswoman, Katherine Schweit , also declined to comment on the investigation.

Two other sources said two FBI agents arrived shortly after 5:00 p.m. Thursday at the 17th Street offices of the magazine. They told staffers that they had found the address of the magazine on a piece of paper associated with the shooter, James von Brunn, and asked whether the Standard had received any threats.

The magazine is about a mile north of the Holocaust Museum, and there’s no other indication that von Brunn had targeted it. Von Brunn’s published rants included attacks on “neocons,” and the Standard has been at the heart of the neoconservative movement.

The suggestion that the Standard may have been a target complicates any view of the racist shooter in contemporary left-right terms. Von Brunn’s white supremacist roots put him under the rubric of a “right-wing extremist,” but the substance of his views — which included everything from believing that President Bush may have been in on the September 11 attacks to denying that President Obama is an American citizen — are too far on the fringe to fit into conventional political classification.

The focus on the Standard, though, appears to be of a piece with his central motivation: Anti-Semitism. In one essay, Von Brunn attacked “JEWS-NEOCONS-BILL O’REILLY,” and the suggestion that neoconservatism is a specifically Jewish conspiracy is common on the racist fringe.

So let’s see what we know about this von Brunn charactre so far:

- Hates Bill O’Reilly

- Hates the Weekly Standard

And the media, as well as the magnificent idiot who runs LGF 1.0, are still rolling with the “crazy Right winger” line?  Please, somebody with more patience than I, would you clue these guys in?

UPDATE: Via Hot Air, it is also possible that another one of von Brunn’s targets was none other than Fox News. 

Law enforcement sources told WTTG/MyFoxDC.com that during a search of a car that is believed to belong von Brunn, investigators found a notebook with information about six to nine locations in the D.C. area, including the National Holocaust Museum. Other locations on the list included the U.S. Capitol, the White House, the Washington Post, and a FOX News location.

So he hates Fox News too.  How long does anyone think the credibility of the “right wing extremist” label is going to last?

Holocaust Museum shooter von Brunn a 9/11 ‘truther’ who hated ‘neo-cons’, Bush, McCain

Since we know that the far-Left whackos on the blogosphere are going to try to use the terrible tragedy which occurred today at the DC Holocaust Museum as “proof” that “dangerous right-wingers” are a threat to our country, I think it might be time for a little balance in the coverage.  Kathy Shaidle with the Charlotte Examiner provides that balance,

The man accused of opening fire at the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC on June 10, James W. von Brunn, left a trail of unhinged writings around the internet.

The anti-semitism of von Brunn is the first thing one notices when visiting these bizarre websites. However, like those of most “white supremacists”, many of von Brunn’s political views track “Left” rather than “Right.” Clearly, a re-evaluation of these obsolete definitions is long overdue.

For example, he unleashed his hatred of both Presidents Bush and other “neo-conservatives” in online essays. As even some “progressives” such as the influential Adbusters magazine publicly admit, “neoconservative” is often used as a derogatory code word for “Jews”. As well, even a cursory glance at “white supremacist” writings reveals a hatred of, say, big corporations that is virtually indistinguishable from that of anti-globalization activists.

James von Brunn’s advocacy of 9/11 conspiracy theories also gives him an additional commonality with individuals on the far-left.

None of this will surprise readers of Jonah Goldberg’s bestseller Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the American Left, From Mussolini to the Politics of Change, which clearly demonstrates that “fascism” of the kind advocated by the British National Party (BNP) and the likes of James W. von Brunn is just as likely to reflect “leftwing” views as “rightwing” ones.

In fact, anti-semitism is something the New Left and the “Far Right” have had in common since the 1980s, which is why so many former leftists like David Horowitz defected from one side to the other during the Reagan era and beyond. It also helps explain the otherwise baffling alliance between the Left and radical Islam.

That this shooting occurred shortly after President Obama’s former mentor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, blamed “the Jews“ for his lack of access to his former parishioner is a troubling confluence of events as well.

Clicking the links she uses in support of her arguments is worth the trouble of going to the site all by itself. 

Looks like this von Brunn guy was definitely a kindred spirit with Daily Kos and Huffington Post.

British Political Candidate Rejected For Being “Too Jewish And Too White”

Welcome to the world circa 2009. The amount of Anti-semitism that is accepted today is astonishing.  What would have once garnered international condemnation because of its blatant racism is now brushed under the rug and considered expected behavior from certain ethnic groups.  The silence on these types of issues is deafening.  I wonder how long it will take till Mr. Hussain’s defenders are blaming this all on the “Zionists”.

I fear that Europe is once again backsliding towards its pre WW2 environment.

The Labour Party has become embroiled in a race row after a prospective female councillor was allegedly told she was ‘too white and Jewish’ to be selected.

Elaina Cohen claims that Labour councillor Mahmood Hussain said he would not support her application for an inner-city ward because ‘my Muslim members don’t want you because you are Jewish’.

Mrs Cohen, 50, has made an official complaint about the alleged remarks made by Mr Hussain, a Muslim and former lord mayor of Birmingham.

She said: ‘I am shocked and upset that a member of the Labour Party in this day and age could even think something like that, let alone say it.

‘People should not be allowed to make racist comments like that.   If someone in the party feels I cannot represent them because of my colour or religion, that’s ridiculous.

‘I felt particularly aggrieved because I have worked across all sections of the community, particularly with the Muslim section, and have been on official visits to Pakistan.’

Mrs Cohen had applied to stand as a Labour councillor for the Birmingham ward of East Handsworth and Lozells, which has a high Asian and Afro-Caribbean population.

As one of Labour’s safest seats on Tory-led Birmingham city council, the final candidate would be almost certain of victory at the June 4 by-election.

But when Mrs Cohen telephoned 57-year-old Mr Hussain for his support, she was astonished to be told that she was too ‘white and Jewish’ to be considered.

Lorraine Briscoe, who runs a local community association, was sitting next to Mrs Cohen when the conversation took place on speakerphone last Tuesday.

‘I was disgusted that a councillor could make comments like that in 2009,’ she said.

‘He told her, “They will not vote for someone who is white and Jewish. My Muslim members don’t want you because you are Jewish”.

‘Elaina then asked him if he had talked to his Muslim members about it and he said, “I don’t want to talk about it with you” and hung up.

‘Elaina does a lot of good work in this community and she does not see race or religion, she just sees people.’

Two days after the alleged conversation, Mrs Cohen and another candidate were rejected by a pre-selection panel after failing to gain the support of the local party.

Instead, members were presented with one candidate, black South African Hendrina Quinnen, who was selected by an almost unanimous vote.

Mrs Cohen has now sent an official complaint to Labour Party general secretary Ray Collins and Birmingham city council accusing Mr Hussain of improper conduct.

Mr Hussain said yesterday: ‘I would not make those sort of comments. The allegations are not true.’

Muslim Cleric: “Jews Destined to Extermination”

During a Friday sermon, shown on public television, a Gazan Muslim Cleric, who not too long ago participated in an international conference of “Imams and Rabbis for Peace”, explained to his followers how the Koran teaches that “Hatred for Muhammad and Islam is in their [Jews’] souls; they are naturally disposed to it…” and further stated that Jews are inherently evil and therefore are a threat to Muslims and all humanity.  He then ultimately calls for genocide against Jews everywhere.

Obama. was not reached for comment.

Once again, a Muslim religious leader openly states during his sermon that their hatred of “Zionists” is just an extension of their hatred of Jews, and is based on teachings from the Koran.  Nonetheless, the non-Muslim Western world, including our President, will continue to insist that their disgusting behavior and hatred has nothing to do with Islam, or Anti-semitism and bully Israel into surrendering land.

When will we learn to actually listen to what they tell us, and stop only hearing what we Hopetm they had said?  The Arab-Israel conflict has very little to do with land.  Its the Anti-semitism stupid!

Saudi Cleric Teaches Jew-Hatred To Children On Al-Jazeera

Saudi Cleric Khaled Al-Khlewi gives a Jew-hating lesson to already brainwashed elementary school children, that would make a Neo-Nazi blush.  He starts with lessons from the Koran, and the time of Mohammad, covering every anti-Semitic fallacy and libel, up to Operation Cast Lead.  Is it just me or do lessons in Islam read like posts on a White Power(less) blog?

I guess some well intentioned infidel from the U.K., or San Francisco never informed this learned Islamic cleric that their hatred of Jews has nothing to do with Islam, Mohammad’s teachings, or the Koran, and that it is only about the “Israeli ‘occupation”.  I wonder if he will be getting a harshly worded letter from C.A.I.R.?

All joking aside, the most frightening part of this video is the fact of how well versed in anti-Semitism, sexism, and hatred these exceptionally young children already are.   Even if some sort of peace is created between Islamists and the West today, it will do nothing to stop these children when they grow up.

Take Action: Tell Obama That U.S. Support Of Antisemitic Durban II Conference Is Wrong!

The Obama Administration has decided that the U.S. will participate in the United Nations’ Durban Review Conference, commonly called “Durban II”.  Insofar that “Durban I” was nothing more than an open forum for blatant Antisemitism, and Racism, U.S. participation in “Durban II” must be strongly opposed.

President Obama’s decision to send a U.S. delegation to the planning sessions for Durban II is an extremely disturbing change in American foreign policy regarding Israel. Like the original Durban conference in 2001, the upcoming conference is based on a document which is specifically anti-Israel. In speaking about racism, xenophobia, and discrimination, the  ‘Durban Declaration and Program of Action’ which lays the framework for Durban II, names only Israel as an offender against human rights. The preparatory committee for Durban II is being chaired by Libya, with Iran and Cuba as vice-chairs. Durban II is based on a document that falsely targets the democratic State of Israel without mentioning real instances of human rights abuses in the dictatorships of Asia, Africa or the Middle East.

It is not possible for U.S. participation in this conference to mitigate the anti-Israel hatred the conference is designed to produce. So far, the U.S. delegation to the planning sessions has remained silent while additional anti-Israel language was added to the conference document. When the Palestinian delegation offered language that called for international protection of the Palestinian people (ostensibly against Israeli racism) and for implementation – as an international legal obligation – of the biased and ungrounded advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice against Israel’s security fence, the U.S. delegation reportedly raised no objection, allowing the language to go through to the final conference without debate.

It is worth remembering that in 2001, when the U.S. withdrew from the first Durban conference, Secretary of State Colin Powell expressed clearly the nature of the conference and why it was unthinkable for the U.S. to participate: ”I know that you do not combat racism by conferences that produce declarations containing hateful language, some of which is a throwback to the days of ‘Zionism equals racism;’ or supports the idea that we have made too much of the Holocaust; or suggests that apartheid exists in Israel; or that singles out only one country in the world-Israel-for censure and abuse.”

The U.S. showed moral clarity and stood by our ally Israel by boycotting the 2001 conference when it became clear that Durban I had degenerated into a hate-fest against Israel, Jews, and the West. This second conference will be no different. Britain, Italy and other countries are watching closely how the U.S. responds. The United States should join Israel and Canada in refusing to participate in the Durban II conference this coming April.

A Bad Economy Sees An Antisemtism Moon Rising In Europe

Once again, an economic downturn in Europe is causing an increase in Antisemitism.  How quickly they forgot!

World depressions lead to a rise in anti-Semitism. All over Europe, the evidence is around us

Last month a 32-year-old IT worker, Michael Booksatz, was beaten up in the streets of north London by two hooded men shouting about Palestinians. Jewish students at the London School of Economics – home to many brilliant Jews who fled Hitler’s Germany – are now frightened by anti-Jewish abuse from Islamist students. Graffiti such as “Kill the Jews” or “Jihad 4 Israel” appear close to synagogues in London.

The Metropolitan Police report four times as many anti-Jewish incidents in recent weeks as Islamaphobic events. The respected Community Security Trust, which records anti-Jewish attacks with scrupulous rigour, reports as many attacks on Jews – verbal, vandalism and some violent – in the first weeks of 2009 as in the first six months of last year.

As the world enters a new era of crisis, anti-Semitism is back. History, as ever, begins to repeat itself. The slumps and stock market fever expressed in Zola’s novel, L’Argent, or the populist anger against Wall Street at the end of the 19th century gave rise to the virulent anti-Semitic politics witnessed in France in connection with the Dreyfus case or the takeover of Vienna by openly anti-Semitic politicians. The Great Depression gave rise to the worst expressions of anti-Semitism ever seen, namely the politics that led to the Holocaust. But even in Britain the Duke of Wellington of the time was leader of a secret anti-Jewish organisation which had the initials PJ – Perish Judah – on its letterhead.

The economic crises of the 1970s led to a marked increase in the vote for the National Front in Britain and the openly anti-Semitic BNP, its successor extreme party, is doing very well in local elections – below the radar of the national opinion polls.

The distress and upset over the terrible pictures of children killed in Israel’s attacks on Hamas in Gaza have allowed anti-Israeli feelings to be more violently and vehemently expressed than ever before. Criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitic. But all anti-Semites hate the existence of a Jewish state and hiding behind code words such as anti-Zionism increases the density and viciousness of their anti-Jewish utterances.

In Italy, the streets of Milan are daubed with slogans urging Italians not to buy goods at Jewish shops – an echo of the Nazi slogan “Kauft Nicht Bei Juden”. In Germany, radio phone-ins are full of accusations that the bankers accused of being responsible for the current economic crisis are Jews. In anti-Israel demonstrations in Berlin, placards stating “It was a good idea to use gas” or “I’m anti-Semitic and that’s a good thing” were carried. Thus every Jew is made to feel as if they do not fully belong in the countries where they were born or the societies that they participate in.
