Possible dead thread, but I have to say that I showed this photo in Theology class today and told the kids (11th grade) that anyone who believes in crap like this is just plain stupid. This is not the faith!

I might get a call or two as I know of at least one parent who thinks that the devil planted the fossils there to confuse humans.

Wow, a public school teacher, teaching of all things a “Theology class” not a natural science class, indoctrinates his students with his own bigoted opinion and brags about it. How is that teaching? Why would a teacher want to impress LGF & Charles Darwin Rage Boy Johnson at the expense of his students education? How is “creationism” not theology?

You and I are paying this persons salary and yet he feels justified in browbeating kids into submission with bombastic arguments from “authority”. Nice logical fallacy Mr indoctrination, of course the kids don’t know that, so the “teacher” takes advantage.

Caring “teacher” or a teacher who only cares about himself and his pretentious opinion?

Perhaps some more schooling or less bigotry would help him to stop suffering from Cranial Rectal Inversion. I say this pompous ass “teacher” is the reason our education system is in such shambles.

Well at least the kids are not being brainwashed in theology class with the evils of creationism, they would be called stupid by the pompous ass “teacher” if they dare disagree.

LGF 1.0 must be proud, of course they decry ideas being forced down their throat but are more than happy and willing to force their ideas down yours. They advocate the removal of free speech when they don’t agree. LGF 1.0 and the kind of people it attracts are a far greater threat to our freedoms then any Islamic terrorists at this present time.

Pompous ass non-teachers like this need to be fired and run out of town, only then will public education improve.

Ringo the Gringo takes a trip to a Creation science museum in California, cross posted at classless 1.0.

I didn’t drag my family all the way out here simply to poke fun at a goofy, creationist roadside attraction. In fact the people who were working at this place were sincerely nice folks. It was also not my intent to ridicule their religion. But still I felt compelled to photograph this place and share the pictures on my website. Why?

The reason is that there are those who would have this type of “creation science” taught in American public schools as part of the science curriculum… And most of the people pushing for this are members of the Republican Party; the party of which I am a member.

Notice the brainwashed minions all use the 1.0 guilt by association ploy.  There is no evidence that this museum advocates the teaching of creationism in public school, but someone somewhere does, so all creationist everywhere are evil, goofy stupid people and a threat to “real” Republicans. That sounds way to much like the 1.0 real “science” bombast. The irony is lost on this 1.0 mental midget, who claims he is not ridiculing Religion. then he ridicules it with catcalls about Pee-Wee Herman, the pedophile.

That is a well known trait of the illiberal militant atheist bigots on the left.

I wonder if Ringo was aware that he could have saved a lot of gas by just going to a local Christian church and photograph the congregation, they more than likely are evil, vile creationist too! Maybe these 1.0 atheists types cant think that far ahead?

Think Progress attacks Palin for being member of a Church they don’t like.

The Leftist-Islamic hate website: Think Progress, is now bashing Sarah Palin for being a member of a Church. The Wassila Bible church has a program to counsel Ex-Gays. This makes Think Progress mad and they attack her.

An editorial in the Houston Chronicle blasts the Texas State Board of Education for their outrageous appointment of three creationists to a six-member panel that will decide Texas’ science curriculum standards—two of them shills for the infamous Discovery Institute: Board’s actions could put students at a disadvantage.

Texas has earned a reputation as an innovation powerhouse in fields ranging from agriculture and life sciences to high technology and space exploration.

But in a report issued this summer, a panel of Texas business, education and government leaders warned that without “critical changes” in state schools — especially in science-related instruction — the state will lose its global competitive edge.

It appears, however, that some members of the State Board of Education are working on a different agenda. Last week, they appointed three anti-evolution activists, including a leader of the “intelligent design” religious campaign, to a six-member panel that will review proposed new science curriculum standards.

The new standards will shape how science education is taught in Texas for the next decade, and it would be a terrible mistake to water down the teaching of evolution in any way.

Given the concerns about the state’s future work force, the appointments are a troubling signal. At a time when most educators are working to prepare students for 21st century jobs, the board members’ action threatens to confuse students, divide communities and tarnish Texas’ reputation as an international science and technology center.

Intelligent design advocates on the state board have been maneuvering for months to undermine the teaching of evolution in science classes. They say that students need to hear about the strengths and weaknesses of evolution, which of course is true. But then they argue that the universe is so complex that it required an intelligent designer and that should be taught in science classes as an alternative to evolution. This is a religious belief, not a scientific argument.

Those evil Creationists, we must silence them! Charles, just admit it, you hate Christians and God believing Jews. No one is allowed to disagree with your view. You are a Cult leader. Believers in ID are not that big of a threat. Worry about the Leftist-Islamic alliance.

Al Jazeera, the terrorist’s favorite news channel, is being sued by one of the Western idiots who accepted their money, but now says they’re biased against Christians and women.

I wonder what tipped her off?

A British woman who worked as a television executive at Al-Jazeera has taken the Arab news channel to court, alleging religious and sex discrimination on the job.

Josephine Burgin, 49, is appearing before an employment tribunal in London this week. She claimed in testimony on Tuesday that she suffered discrimination as a woman and a Christian at the broadcaster’s English-language service, where she worked for two years as head of planning
