The Republicans should ignore the Progressive based conventional wisdom

Good Morning Blogmocracy Netizens! I hope every one slept well and you are ready for a new day. The humidity is gone here in the Tampa area and it’s a nice 60’s degree morning.

The Progressive establishment in Washington and the media pundits are claiming that the GOP is moving too far to the Right. The establishment Crypto-Progressive Republicans like Kathleen Parker, David Frum and David Brooks are also in agreement with this analysis. These pundits should be ignored as they are not Conservative/Libertarian. They are influenced by Progressive thinking. These are submissive Republicans who like being abused by Democrats. They suffer from Stockholm Syndrome and should be ignored or mocked.

Today is Election Day. In Washington’s corridors of power, politicians and pundits are pacing like expectant fathers. Fair or not, today is being cast as a referendum on the Obama administration’s first year in office and a window to the crucial midterm elections next year.If Republicans do well particularly in the New Jersey and Virginia gubernatorial contests moderate Democrats might go wobbly in their support for President Obama’s agenda.

Democrats might like health care reform, but they like getting re-elected even more.

A Democratic loss in New Jersey, one of the country’s most reliably Democratic states and where Obama won by roughly 15 points in 2008, would be an unspinnable debacle for the Democrats. That’s why Obama has, like Johnny Sack from The Sopranos, all but moved to New Jersey to oversee his interests there. Even if the unpopular incumbent, Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine, manages to squeak by with a victory, the message for Democrats might not be all that heartening.

Jonah Goldberg’s analysis is spot on. He of all people understands the evil nature of Progressivism. His book Liberal Fascism rips the happy smiling face off the Progressive movement. He is a pundit we should listen to and I admit his book lead me to research Progressives.

Republicans can’t win as Progressive-lite, they have been doing this since 1996 with mixed results. Now the Progressives have total domination of America and it must be broken. The GOP needs to offer a rightwing vision of freedom that contrasts with the Left’s totalitarian vision of control. The GOP needs to ignore the Beltway Conservatives, they are collaborators and and should be shunned. They are part of the Progressive Machine and are our enemies as well.

Islamic Imperialists Threaten NYC Bar

The Arabic Imperialist Movement known as Islam seeks to impose its way wherever it goes. It imposes it’s Arabic based culture wherever it goes. Since 9/11 New York City is being flooded with Imperialist Colonists from the Islamic world. Local politicians like Mike Bloomberg do everything to please these Cultural Imperialists. There is even a Halal Mafia who are driving Non Muslim food vendors out of business by harassing them. Nothing is being done by NYC officials They are now embolden and have threatened the owner of the NY Bar called The Breslin. The owner laughed at them and told them this is America and he can sell what he wants.

The lovely-looking restaurant and bar The Breslin begins lunch service tomorrow, and co-owner Ken Friedman (The Spotted Pig) is planning on serving alcohol despite objections from the Masjid Ar-Rahman mosque across the street. Earlier this month the mosque’s leaders called a meeting with Friedman at The Ace Hotel, where The Breslin is located, and asked, “Can you move the bar?” Friedman’s response makes us want to hurry over to The Breslin right now for a dram of Laphroaig to show our support (and drown out the voices):

I laughed. And the guy said, “Oh, you think that’s funny?” And I said, “Yeah, that is funny, that is really funny, because we’re not going to move the bar just because you discovered we’re serving booze.” Can you name one restaurant in New York that doesn’t serve booze? I said, “This is the United States of America and we’ll do whatever the fuck we want.” He said the mosque had suggested it couldn’t control the behavior of “a few bad eggs”; i.e., we could get a brick through our window.

The audacity of these Islamic  Imperialists ! Who are they to tell a Bar where and when they can operate. This is America and liquor is a legal product. If these Islamic Imperialist Colonists don’t like bars operating near their Mosques, they can leave this country.  The Bar owner even tried to compromise with them. However it’s not enough for the Islamic Imperialists and they are trying to find legal ways to close The Breslin Bar.

Islamic Immigration has become Imperialist Colonization pure and simple. Like Conquerors they seek to impose their ways on the Natives. We must be aware and confront these people and let them know. This is our Nation, Our Land and our home. We must let these invaders know, they will not take over!

Obama’s Community Organizing Based Foreign Policy

Our naive Crypto Dictator Barack Husein Obama views all nations as equals. He is convinced that all countries have shared interests. He views the concerns of our enemies as legitimate and even sides with them against our allies. His foreign policy is based on his experiences as a Community Organizer. He thinks the world is like the south-side of Chicago, which is a dangerous view to have. Nations have their own interests and they don’t always coincide with ours. We must recognize this, but not Obama. He really believes in nuances and that all nations have good intentions.

President Obama is applying the same tools to international diplomacy that he once used as a community organizer on Chicago’s South Side, constructing appeals to shared interests and attempting to bring the government’s conduct in line with its ideals.

The limits of Obama’s cool, interests-based approach are visible in Afghanistan, where European allies continue to resist sending additional combat troops to fight an increasingly unpopular war, and in his attempts to assemble a common front against Iran’s suspected nuclear weapons program. In Afghanistan, his efforts to reinvigorate the relationships neglected by the previous administration have yielded few tangible results on the battlefield. In Iran, months of careful, culturally sensitive diplomacy have met with a recalcitrance that U.S. conservatives say will never change

Obama’s approach to the world as a community of nations, more alike than different in outlook and interest, has elevated America’s standing abroad and won him the Nobel Peace Prize. But on the farthest-reaching U.S. foreign policy challenges, he is struggling to translate his own popularity into American influence, even with allies that have celebrated his break from the Bush administration’s emphasis on military strength, unilateral action and personal chemistry.

Conservatives think Obama is undermining U.S. power abroad by failing to recognize the degree to which countries, whether allies or adversaries, are immune to appeals to shared interests. And critics from opposite ends of the political spectrum say Obama has too often muted his public support for American ideals — notably human rights and democracy — in his pursuit of common goals.

Obama is a reckless, naive and stupid President. The world is an evil place with nations and organizations that don’t have good intentions. The President of the United States should stand up for America’s interests. By pursuing non existent common interests, our adversaries are running circles around Barack Hussein Obama. There are no common interests. The US has nothing in common with Iran, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Venezuela and China. We should have our own agenda and not subvert our interests to others.

Barack Hussein Obama is doing this for a sinister purpose. He is a Transnationalist Progressive who views the US as part of a Global Community. He wants to make the US a defacto colony of foreign interests. He is a dangerous man whose naivete will be our ruin.

It’s Reality Check Time for the Republican “Leadership”

Uh oh, the right wing fanatic at Renew America isn’t at all happy with the present “leadership” of the GOP,

To state the blindly obvious, the Republican Party establishment — by which I mean the network of advisers, elected office-holders, Party organs, and higher-level Party officials who primarily determine the direction in which Party policy and Party money goes — is politically tone deaf. All across this country, you have Tea Parties and town halls bursting with the frustration of the common man who is seeing himself becoming the victim of a political class that has absolutely no concern about his wants and desires. Poll after poll after poll, on every issue imaginable, show that the American people are opposed to, well, pretty much everything that Obama and the Democrats in Congress are trying to do. There is clearly an opportunity being handed to the Republican Party on a golden platter to utterly destroy the Democrats on health care, cap-and-steal, the Porkulus spending, the deficits, the war in Afghanistan, and any number of other pressing issues. For the first time that I can remember, voters have told Rasmussen that they trust Republicans more than Democrats on all ten of the “trust issues” that Rasmussen tracks — including Democrat-friendly issues like health care, education, and social security. That’s without the Republicans even really doing anything — that’s a sign of how badly people don’t like the way the Democrats are handling this government.

So what has the GOP leadership done with this extremely favorable political landscape? They’ve let it grow weeds through their inaction, and have sprayed Roundup on what little green grass remains left. Many of the Republican elected officials in Congress seem to trip over themselves in their zeal to “reach across the aisle” to accommodate Democrats, thereby giving the Evil Party bipartisan cover with which to defuse voter anger when election day comes. Instead of distancing themselves from this Obamacare monstrosity and attacking it at every turn, they’re silent (at best) or quietly finding ways to add enough stuff that they want so as to justify voting for it — witness the evil twins from Maine, one of whom (Olympia Snowe) recently voted to move one of the more egregious versions out of committee so that it is one step closer to becoming a reality.

Establishment Republicans have also taken pains to loudly and arrogantly distance themselves from those leading figures — like Sarah Palin — who speak for the conservative base and aren’t ashamed of it. For example, we see Steve Schmidt and other former McCain staffers doing their level best to pin every ill of the poorly-ran McCain campaign on Palin, accusing her of being a “drag” on the ticket. That’s a tin ear, folks. If it weren’t for Palin, McCain would not have merely lost badly, he’d have been blown out roundly. She was the only thing that even came near to salvaging that catastrophe. No, the blame for McCain’s poor showing rests with McCain himself — with his reaching across the aisle, with his telling the voters not to be afraid of an Obama presidency (???), with his out-of-step position on illegal immigration and so forth.

Yet, this leadership caste in the Republican Party looks down its nose at conservatives, viewing us with disdain. We’re not “respectable.” We don’t fit into the good ol’ boy network of backslapping, backroom deals, compromise, PAC-funded vacations, $1000-a-plate fundraisers, and nice words from the media elite. Conservatives are “scary” because they hold to moral values which would go against the way the Republican elites live, and our views on fiscal issues would hinder the elite from successfully playing the “go-along-to-get-along” game of buying votes and favor out of the public largesse.

Progressive-Islamic Alliance seek to silence Global Media

Barack Hussein Obama is attempting to control and silence the opposition media here in America. However, what he is doing is not unique to America. Progressive and Islamic regimes throughout the world are attempting to silence the media. This is ironic since the Global Media sympathizes with with Progressives and Islamic movements. Our Crypto Dictator Obama is just copying what his International Progressive and Islamic allies are doing.

The Obama administration’s un-American attempt to vilify Fox News only increased the network’s popularity. But this White House debacle can’t be judged in isolation: There’s a global leftwing assault on the freedom of information.

Intense leftist sentiment in most of the international media isn’t enough. Extremists seek total control.

The one thing leftists just can’t bear is criticism. (Mass murder’s fine, but don’t stray from the party line.) As early as the French Revolution, the left grasped that a free press is inherently subversive to its doctrines.

However, there are outlets like Fox News that call out the Totalitarians.

As Americans we must be aware that Obama is the 1st Anti/Post American president. He really hates what this nation is about and is a Radical. It is no shocker he is doing what his buddies Chavez and Ahmadinejad are doing in their nations. They are all Totalitarian Radicals that seek to reshape their world in their evil image.

Progressivism and Islam are both Totalitarian Ideologies that must be defeated!

President Obama:

Today I read of your administrations’ plan to re-define September 11 as a National Service Day. Sir, it’s time we had a talk………

During your campaign, Americans watched as you made mockery of our tradition of standing and crossing your heart when the Pledge of Allegiance was spoken. You, out of four people on the stage, were the only one not honoring our tradition.

YES, “We noticed.”

During one of your many speeches, Americans heard you say that you intended to visit all 57 states.
We all know that Islam, not America has 57 states.

YES, “We noticed.”

When President Bush leaned over at Ground Zero and gently placed a flower on the memorial, while you nonchalantly tossed your flower onto the pile without leaning over.

YES, “We noticed.”

Every time you apologized to other countries for America ’s position on an issue we have wondered why you don’t share our pride in this great country. When you have heard foreign leaders berate our country and our beliefs, you have not defended us. In fact, you insulted the British Crown beyond belief.

YES, “We noticed.”

When your pastor of 20 years, “God-damned America ” and said that 9/11 was ” America ’s chickens coming home to roost” and you denied having heard recriminations of that nature, we wondered how that could be. You later disassociated yourself from that church and Pastor Wright because it was politically expedient to do so.

YES, “We noticed.”

When you announced that you would transform America , we wondered why. With all her faults, America is the greatest country on earth. Sir, KEEP THIS IN MIND, “if not for America and the people who built her, you wouldn’t be sitting in the White House now.” Prior to your election to the highest office in this Country, you were a senator from Illinois and from what we can glean from the records available, not a very remarkable one.

YES, “We noticed.”

All through your campaign and even now, you have surrounded yourself with individuals who are basically unqualified for the positions for which you appointed them. Worse than that, the majority of them are people who, like you, bear no special allegiance, respect, or affection for this country and her traditions.

YES, “We noticed.”

You are 9 months into your term and eve ry morning millions of Americans wake up to a new horror heaped on us by you. You seek to saddle working Americans with a health care/insurance reform package that, along with cap and trade, will bankrupt this nation.

YES, “We noticed.”

We seek, by protesting, to let our representatives know that we are not in favor of these crippling expenditures and we are labeled “un-American”,”racist”, “mob”. We wonder how we are supposed to let you know how frustrated we are. You have attempted to make our protests seem isolated and insignificant. Until your appointment, Americans had the right to speak out.

YES, “We noticed.”

On September 11, 2001 there were no Republicans or Democrats, only Americans. And we all grieved together and helped each other in whatever way we could. The attack on 9/11 was carried out because we are Americans.

And YES, “We noticed.”

There were many of us who prayed that as a black president you could help unite this nation. In six months you have done more to destroy this nation than the attack on 9/11.

You have failed us.

YES, “We noticed.”

September 11 is a day of remembrance for all Americans. You propose to make 9/11 a “National Service Day”. While we know that you don’t share our reverence for 9/11, we pray that history will report your proposal as what it is…a disgrace.

YES, “We noticed.”

You have made a mockery of our Constitution and the office that you hold. You have embarrassed and slighted us in foreign visits and policy.

YES, “We noticed..”

We have noticed all these things. We will deal with you. When Americans come together again, it will be to remove you from office.

Republican Scozzafava Suspends NY Congressional Campaign

Republican Scozzafava Suspends New York Congressional Campaign

Republican state Assemblywoman Dierdre Scozzafava has suspended her campaign for upstate New York’s 23rd Congressional seat, giving a possible boost to Conservative Party nominee Doug Hoffman against Democrat Bill Owens, Fox News has confirmed.

The move comes on the heels of a new poll that showed Scozzafava had fallen behind her two competitors in a race too close.

The special election is Tuesday and political analysts believe upstate New York is a preview of the races in 2010 and 2012 as Republican leaders struggle to rebuild, redefine and regain control of Washington.

The Siena College poll has Owens picking up 36 percent of the vote, while Hoffman has 35 percent. Scozzafava has 20 percent, with nine percent of voters undecided.

Will the RNC endorse Hoffman or Owens now? Sad question, but things that make you go hhmmmm…

Muslim bride stabs hubby for ‘infidel’ity: cops

Die, infidel!

A devout Muslim woman, furious at her new husband for trying to make her drink booze, eat pork and wear revealing clothes, allegedly tried to slaughter him in his sleep.

Staten Island prosecutors said Rabia Sarwar, 37, slashed the neck of hubby Sheikh Naseem at 3 a.m. Wednesday while screaming, “It’s time for you to die!”

“She was sitting on top of my chest, and she was cutting my neck. She was ranting, ‘I have tried to take my life three or four times before. I have no regard for my life. It’s time for you to die,’ ” he said.

Although Sarwar has lived in the United States for more than a decade, Naseem said, “she had never been exposed to American culture.”

At first, everything seemed fine, he said.

“She was getting adjusted. She was trying to live the way I live, but on the same token, she tells her parents, ‘I went out drinking with him,’ and her mother started making derogatory statements about me,” he said. “There was no gun pointed to her head to do these things.

“She even had a favorite drink — black Russians.”

Sarwar’s lawyer, Joe Licitra, admitted his client had been hospitalized in the past for depression, but insisted she had been “emotionally abused.”

“He got her to drink alcohol, eat pork and change her clothes. She wanted to dress traditionally. I think he was a cruel person who preyed on her,” he said.

In her statement to police, Sarwar said she was under the impression Naseem was a Muslim. She was stunned to find he wasn’t, and that his favorite book was Salman Rushdie’s “The Satanic Verses” — the book that led the Ayatollah Khomeini to put out a contract for the author’s murder.

She allegedly told cops about her knife attack: “I tried my best to cut his throat.”

I do think this woman has been “emotionally abused”… by her parents, her friends and family, the imam, whoever raised her with the belief that she was judge, jury and executioner of anyone not falling into the islamic line.

The Totalitarian Progressive destruction of America Pt. II

Goodmorning Blogmocracy Netizens! I am off to the office so this is a quick post.

Several days ago I posted an article by Thomas Sowell, where he describes how Progressives are changing America by destroying it from within. Well, this morning the 2nd part of that article is out. This is a must read and he nails the Anti-American agenda of Progressives.

Many years ago, at a certain academic institution, there was an experimental program that the faculty had to vote on as to whether or not it should be made permanent.

I rose at the faculty meeting to say that I knew practically nothing about whether the program was good or bad, and that the information that had been supplied to us was too vague for us to have any basis for voting, one way or the other. My suggestion was that we get more concrete information before having a vote.

The director of that program rose immediately and responded indignantly and sarcastically to what I had just said– and the faculty gave him a standing ovation.

After the faculty meeting was over, I told a colleague that I was stunned and baffled by the faculty’s fierce response to my simply saying that we needed more information before voting.

“Tom, you don’t understand,” he said. “Those people need to believe in that man. They have invested so much hope and trust in him that they cannot let you stir up any doubts.”

Make no mistake about it, the Progressive movement is anti-American. They seek to make us weak and part of a global system. They are turning us into a colony of the Global Community. We need to defend our independence the founders gave us. Progressives hate the American experiment and will do anything to destroy it.

Where are the Jobs

The Progressive controlled Media is celebrating the fact our GDP grew at 3.5%. They are declaring the Recession is over and that good times are back. Wall Street is roaring like it’s the 90’s. Meanwhile our jobs are disappearing and people’s wages are falling. It doesn’t matter to the Progressive Propaganda machine, they will spin the economy to help Obama. Reality doesn’t matter to them, it’s all about the message.

Princeton, New Jersey (CNN) — When the stock market broke the 10,000 point barrier a few weeks ago, many investors celebrated. Economists have started to talk about the end of the “Great Recession.” But many Americans can’t see what all the enthusiasm is about.

National unemployment rates remain extraordinarily high, having reached almost 10 percent. According to the Congressional Budget Office, unemployment will climb to 10.2 percent in 2010 before falling to around 9.1 percent the following year.

Within particular states, the situation is dire. In Massachusetts, unemployment rates have reached a level not seen since 1976. Michigan’s unemployment rate is at a little over 15 percent. State budgets, according to a report by the Rockefeller Institute of Government, are still devastated by rapidly declining tax revenue. According to its study, collections by states fell by 16.6 percent from April to June.

Americans are hurting and many of the jobs gone are not coming back. The policies of Obama are artificially inflating the GDP numbers through his stimulus. The issue is what will happen once the money stops flowing? What can sustain an economic recovery? Obama has no ideas or plans that can work.  It’s possible this is a permanent change in the American economy and not for the better.

I feel we need new economic policies. We need to restructure our Tax code so America becomes competitive in the Global economy. We need to view our nation as a Corporation and other nations as a competitors. We need policies that steal jobs, businesses and capital from other nations. We need policies that benefit the American people and nation. Restructuring of our Tax code is the key to restore prosperity. Until this happens, we will continue to get our clocks cleaned economically by China, India and others. If we don’t we get our economic policies in order, the American people will suffer.
