It was the third and final round of missile tests in two days of drills by the Guard.

SAUDIS WILL LET ISRAEL BOMB IRAN NUCLEAR SITE

The head of MI6 discussed the issue in London with Mossad chief Meir Dagan and Saudi officials after British intelligence officers helped to uncover the plant, in the side of a mountain near the ancient city of Qom.

The site is seen as a major threat by Tel Aviv and Riyadh. Details of the talks emerged after John Bolton, America’s former UN ambassador, told a meeting of intelligence analysts that “Riyadh certainly approves” of Israel’s use of Saudi airspace.

Foreign Secretary David Miliband acknowledged that the danger of a nuclear arms race in the Middle East was “particularly potent” and refused to rule out military action altogether but he insisted: “We are 100 per cent focused on a diplomatic solution.”

Carter Stooge Zbigniew Brzezinski: U.S. should shoot down Israeli Air Force jets if they attack Iran, calls Iraq “our” (U.S.) airspace

Monday, September 21st, 2009

Imagine if Cheney or Rice called the skies above Iraq “our airspace”. The libtards in the state-controlled media would have a hissy-fit. And I guess the worst President of the last 100 years, Jimmah Carter, wasn’t the only anti-Semite/Israel-hater/Jew-hater in that pathetic administration:

Zbigniew Brzezinski: Shoot Down Israeli Planes if They Attack Iran
by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu

Zbigniew Brzezinski, who enthusiastically campaigned for U.S. President Barack Obama, has called on the president to shoot down Israeli planes if they attack Iran. “They have to fly over our airspace in Iraq. Are we just going to sit there and watch?” said the former national security advisor to former U.S. President Jimmy Carter in an interview with the Daily Beast. Brzezinski, who served in the Carter administration from 1977 to 1981, is currently a professor of American foreign policy at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies in Maryland.

“We have to be serious about denying them that right,” he said. “If they fly over, you go up and confront them. They have the choice of turning back or not. No one wishes for this but it could be a ‘Liberty’ in reverse.’” Israel mistakenly attacked the American Liberty ship during the Six-Day War in 1967.

Brzezinski was a top candidate to become an official advisor to President Obama, but he was downgraded after Republican and pro-Israel Democratic charges during the campaign that Brzezinski’s anti-Israel attitude would damage Obama at the polls.

President Obama’s advisors have emphasized that the former national security advisor is not playing any unofficial role as advisor to the White House.

His enthusiasm for President Obama has waned in the past several months. He recently told a London-based newspaper that the United States may be “sliding into a deeper conflict with various segments of the world of Islam ” because of the president’s failure to carry out his promises to the Muslim world.

Brzezinski said the Obama administration is “diddling around” in trying to reach an “evasive compromise” between Israel and the Arab world.

Ahmadinejad says Holocaust a Lie and Israel will not last long

Friday, September 18th, 2009

Good morning my fellow Blogmocracy Netizens! It’s Friday and there is a weekend of football to look forward to! As always, I am the bearer of bad news.

The Islamo-Fascist President of Iran and Progressive icon: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has raised the stakes against Israel. He went on a diatribe mocking the Holocaust and calling for their destruction in the annual Qods (Jerusalem) parade in Iran. This clearly indicates that The IAEA report of Iran having Nuclear capabilities is true. Why is Iran clearly mocking Israel and claiming their time is running out? If you read the history of Islamic Imperialism whenever they make threats, they back it up.

ahmadinejad

TEHRAN (Reuters) – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has raised the stakes against Israel by describing the Holocaust as a lie, just as world powers are trying to decide how to deal with the nuclear ambitions of an Iran in political turmoil.

“The pretext (Holocaust) for the creation of the Zionist regime (Israel) is false … It is a lie based on an unprovable and mythical claim,” he told worshippers at Tehran University at the end of an annual anti-Israel “Qods (Jerusalem) Day” rally.

“Confronting the Zionist regime is a national and religious duty.”

Ahmadinejad’s anti-Western speeches and comments on the Holocaust have in the past caused an international outcry and isolated Iran which is at loggerheads with the West over its disputed nuclear programme.

The hardline president warned leaders of Western-allied Arab and Muslim countries about dealing with Israel.

“This regime (Israel) will not last long. Do not tie your fate to it … This regime has no future. Its life has come to an end,” he said in a speech broadcast live on state radio.

This is disturbing rhetoric that must be confronted. However the problem is with Obama being a Transnationalist Progressive, he doesn’t care. It is in the interest of Progressives to see Israel destroyed. They hate that nation and that is why back in 2005-2007, they did everything possible to prevent a strike against Iran. This was done on purpose as they view Israel as a liability in their relations with the Islamic world. Israel should be preparing for war and building underground bunkers. It is obvious that the Islamo-Fascist will launch a nuke attack to exterminate them.

My question goes out to Jews who vote for the Democrats: why do you vote for a party that wants your homeland and cousins exterminated?  See Update below.

If Israel is exterminated, I will hold the Progressives responsible for this new Holocaust. The blood of the Israelis will be on the hands of Keith Olberman, Chris Matthews, Seymour Hersh, MSNBC, GE and others in the Progressive Movement.

Isarel is alone and must rely on only God to protect them.

Update: I want to apologize to fultonchain for being offended at what I said. Although he is a Liberal, he’s not a radical Progressive and is a valued Blogmocracy Netizen. He called me out for a generalized statement I made and he was correct. I will now rephrase the question better.

My Question to Jews who vote for the Democrats is this. How can you vote for a Party that now has been taken over by George Soros and Radical Progressives, who want Israel exterminated? If you don’t agree with the Reepublicans that’s fine, but take back your Party from these Progressives! We need a sane and responsible Democratic Party in America, not this Totalitarian Neo-Fascist Entity that now rules in Washington.

Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela To Go Nuclear

Wednesday, September 16th, 2009

Undoubtedly a result of the fecklessness of the Obama Administration, and the UN in response to Iran’s moving forward toward nuclear weapons, Hugo Chavez has decided to begin working on becoming a nuclear power himself.

The connections between Venezuela and Iran are well documented, and it seems that we are now finally seeing the fruits of our ignoring them.

It is all being underwritten by Russia (of course).

http://mypetjawa.mu.nu/archives/chavez_ahmadinejad_iran_hug.jpg http://static.indianexpress.com/m-images/2009-04-18/M_Id_72338_obama_chavez_meet.jpg

CARACAS, Venezuela —  Hugo Chavez wants to join the nuclear energy club and is looking to Russia for help in getting started.

The Venezuelan leader is already dismissing critics’ concerns over his nuclear ambitions, offering assurances his aims are peaceful and that Venezuela will simply be following in the footsteps of other South American nations using nuclear energy.

Yet his project remains in its planning stages and still faces a host of practical hurdles, likely requiring billions of dollars, as well as technology and expertise that Venezuela lacks.

Russia has offered to help bridge that gap, and Chavez has announced that the two countries have created an atomic energy commission.

“I say it before the world: Venezuela is going to start the process of developing nuclear energy, but we’re not going to make an atomic bomb, so don’t be bothering us afterward … (with) something like what they have against Iran,” Chavez said Sunday.

The socialist president is closely allied with Iran and defends its nuclear program while the U.S. and other countries accuse Tehran of having a secret nuclear weapons program.

Does this “we are doing it just for peaceful purposes” sound familiar?

Oh, don’t worry; the Obama Administration responded:

U.S. State Department spokesman Ian Kelly on Monday expressed misgivings about Venezuela’s nuclear ambitions. Responding to a reporter’s question about whether the United States would be worried about nuclear transfers between Iran and Venezuela, Kelly said: “The short answer is, to that, yes, we do have concerns.”

Kelly noted that Venezuela is a signatory of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, which would restrict any nuclear program to nonmilitary purposes.

Obama’s 1983 Nuclear Freeze Magazine Article

Tuesday, September 1st, 2009

I came across this oldie, but goody. In 1983 at the height of renewed tensions between The Soviets and NATO due to Reagan deploying the Pershing Missiles, Barack Hussein Obama wrote a magazine piece. in it he repeated Soviet propaganda and even Compares “American Militarism” to Nazism! See update below.

In 1983, at the height of the cold war, Barack Obama, then a senior at Columbia University, wrote in a campus newsmagazine about the vision of “a nuclear free world.” The article in the Sundial profiled two campus groups: Arms Race Alternatives and Students Against Militarism.

Obama was and still is a radical. That is why he has appointed Totailitarian Radicals like Green Czar Van Jones and  teh Eugenics supporting Science Adviser Holdren to his administration. He is a Progressive who wants radical change.

He was wrong about the Cold war then, he is wrong about what Americans want now!

Update: It was not Obama who compared Reagan’s policies to Nazism, but another Progressive Radical. Either way Obama is writing from a radical viewpoint and is expressing the same opinions as the other writer.

Well, hell, it’s Sunday morning, so…

Why not have an open thread about whatever you’d like to comment on.

Oh, BTW, we all know that Chuckles the washed up ukulele player loves to post pics on her open threads of Chinese tankers, so I thought I’d post a picture of why America kicks ass.

The three aircraft carriers you see are, in the foreground, the U.S.S Ronald Reagan, in the middle is the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk, and in the background is the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln.

I don’t know the names of the Guided Missile Destroyers seen with the carriers and designed to protect them, but I know that they can put a world of hurt upon any country that f**ks with us, if The Zero™ allows them to do what they were designed and built for.

That being said, our enemies don’t even want to attempt to mess with our carriers, because they know we’ll put a major case of whoop-ass upon them if they do.060618-N-8492C-276

Israel Unhappy with Clinton Remarks on Defense Vs. Iran

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Go to fullsize image(IsraelNN.com) U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that if Iran continued with its nuclear program despite President Barack Obama’s overtures, her country would respond by increasing its military aid to friendly nations in the region.
Israel, which prefers an offensive approach to the Iranian danger rather than a defensive one, was unhappy with the remarks.

In 2007, the U.S. agreed to provide weapons worth at least $16 billion to its allies in the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Clinton said this could be taken a step further and the U.S. could choose to further “upgrade the defense of our partners in the region”.

“If the US extends a defense umbrella over the region, if we do even more to support the military capacity of those in the Gulf, it’s unlikely that Iran will be any stronger or safer because they won’t be able to intimidate and dominate as they apparently believe they can once they have a nuclear weapon,” said Mrs. Clinton in Thailand, ahead of an Asian security conference to be held in the Thai resort of Phuket.

Israel unhappy
Mrs. Clinton said that her country “still hold[s] the door open” to talks with Tehran, but added the “nuclear clock is ticking”. She also reiterated a statement she made several weeks ago, regarding “crippling action” that could also be taken against Iran.

“I heard without enthusiasm the American declarations according to which the U.S. will defend their allies in the event that Iran uses nuclear weapons, as if they were already resigned to such a possibility,” Israeli Intelligence Services Minister Dan Meridor said.

“This is a mistake,” he added. “We cannot act now by assuming that Iran will be able to arm itself with a nuclear weapon, but [rather] to prevent such a possibility.”

Biden Says Israel Has ‘Sovereign Right’ to Hit Iran

Monday, July 6th, 2009

July 6 (Bloomberg) — Vice President Joe Biden asserted Israel’s “sovereign right” to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities and reiterated a U.S. offer to meet with the Tehran government over its suspected weapons program.

Israel “can determine for itself as a sovereign nation what is in its best interest,” Biden said in an interview with the ABC News program “This Week,” that was taped July 4 and aired yesterday.  A U.S. offer to meet with Iran about its nuclear program remains “on the table,” Biden said.

If Iranian leaders “seek to engage, we will engage” in talks, Biden said. If Iran responds by isolating itself, the U.S. has no standing to prevent Israel from taking action, he said.

“Israel can determine for itself as a sovereign nation what is in its best interest,” Biden said. “If the Netanyahu government decides to take a course of action different than the one being pursued now, that is their sovereign right to do that. That is not our choice.”

Iran’s Response

A senior Iranian parliamentary official warned of “real and decisive” action if Israel launches a strike on its nuclear facilities, the Associated Press reported.

Alaeddin Broujerdi, the head of Iran’s parliamentary committee on national security and foreign policy, told reporters in Tokyo today that both the U.S. and Israel are “aware of the consequence” of such action, the AP reported.

Obama said Iran’s crackdown on opposition leaders wouldn’t prevent the U.S. from seeking direct negotiations with the Iranian regime, the New York Times reported on its Web site late yesterday.

In an interview with the newspaper before his departure yesterday for Moscow, Obama said the U.S. had “grave concerns” about the arrests and intimidation of opponents of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. At the same time, the door remains open for talks, he said.

‘Security Interests’

“We’ve got some fixed national security interests in Iran not developing nuclear weapons, in not exporting terrorism, and we have offered a pathway for Iran to rejoining the international community,” Obama was cited as saying.

Obama said after his May 18 meeting with Netanyahu that “we should have a fairly good sense by the end of the year” about the status of negotiations with Iran.

Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said separately that a military strike by any nation against Iran would be “destabilizing.” He also said a nuclear-armed Iran and military action against that country both “are really, really bad options.”

Iran has defied three sets of United Nations Security Council sanctions demanding a halt to the enrichment of uranium, a key bomb-making ingredient. Iran denies western suspicions that it is pursuing a weapons capability, saying it wants to build power plants.

Iran has stepped up the pace of uranium production and continued to block attempts by international monitors to probe whether it’s secretly developing weapons, the International Atomic Energy Agency said June 5.

Yukia Amano To Replace ElBaradei As IAEA Head

Thursday, July 2nd, 2009

After three previous rounds of inconclusive voting back in March, the UN nuclear agency’s 35-nation board finally chose Yuikya Amano to replace Mohammad ElBaradei as IAEA head.  He will start in November 2009.

____________________________

Mr Amano won the required two-thirds majority from the IAEA governing board, defeating his South African rival, Abdul Samad Minty, by 23 votes to 11.

Mr Amano had the support of many industrialised countries while Mr Minty was favoured by most developing nations.

The vote reflected that split, with Mr Amano scraping through to victory by the bare minimum margin, without the support of developing states. There was also one abstention.

Mr. Amano has held senior arms control posts in Tokyo and most recently was Japan’s representative at the IAEA.

The jury is still out on what type of difference this election make on the agency, if any.  While some are very unenthusiastic about this change, the BBC (as quoted above) seems to consider Mr. Amano to be the West’s guy.

However, insofar that Japan just entered into a major oil deal with Iran, I’m not very optimistic that Mr. Amano is going to be the watchdog we are looking for.

Obama Increases Aid to Muslim Countries

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Mr. “I don’t want to meddle in other Countries’ business (*if they are Muslim)” is upping U.S. aid to Islamic Dictatorships.  They deserve it right? I mean, they do so much for the U.S, and besides, it isn’t like we are in a recession.  Right?…..right?…..

Obama Bows To Saudi KingIn the latest in a recent series of increased American assistance efforts for Arab and Muslim states, U.S. President Barack Obama has allocated an additional $150 million to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The regimes leading Egypt, the Palestinian Authority, the United Arab Emirates and even Saudi Arabia have all benefited from recent American policy shifts.

Jordan’s Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Suhair Al-Ali, was quoted by The Jordan Times as explaining that the [Jordanian] kingdom receives $363 million annually from the United States in economic assistance. The allocations signed into law by Obama this week mean that Jordan will receive a total of $513 million from the U.S. in 2009. The minister told the Jordanian newspaper that the additional American aid was the result of ongoing efforts by Jordan’s King Abdullah II, as well as Obama’s “recognition of the important role Jordan plays in the region.”

Egypt received $310 million in supplemental appropriations from the U.S. House of Representatives, currently controlled by Obama’s Democratic party. At the same time, 2009 State Department funding for the promotion of democratic initiatives in Egypt was cut from $50 million to $20 million. In addition, the U.S. has agreed not to give any of the pro-democracy funds to organizations that are not approved by the Mubarak regime. In the year 2007, Egypt received a total of $2.4 billion.

On another front, in March of this year, it was reported that the Obama administration planned to dramatically increase funding to the Palestinian Authority for security training, which is conducted by Jordanian police under the supervision of U.S. General Keith Dayton. The U.S. allocated $75 million for the PA police training in 2008, but reports indicated that the Obama administration was planning to pump up to $130 million into the program in 2009In.  In any event, the U.S. has already pledged $600 million in funds to the Palestinian Authority, with another $300 million for humanitarian aid to the Hamas regime in Gaza.

Elsewhere in the region, the U.S. is set to help the United Arab Emirates become the first Arab nation with a developed nuclear power infrastructure. President Obama gave his official support and authorization for the $41 billion project, allowing private U.S. companies to compete for construction contracts.

In Pakistan, the U.S. president proposed $2.8 billion in aid for that nation’s military, alongside civilian aid of $1.5 billion a year for the next five years. The military aid is ostensibly to allow the Pakistanis to more effectively fight jihadist and al-Qaeda terrorism emanating from the Swat Valley and along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.

The Obama administration’s assistance to Arab and Muslim states extends beyond the monetary, however.

According to an article in Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin earlier this month, the American government has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to preserve sovereign immunity for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and four Saudi princes in connection with a civil case seeking compensation for victims of the massive September 11, 2001, al-Qaeda terrorist attacks on the American homeland. The claimants in the case say that there is sufficient evidence of Saudi involvement in 9/11 for the court to lift the normally applicable immunity.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Saud al-Faisal, told Newsweek magazine this month that the United States should cut off all aid to Israel if the Jewish State does not accept the 2002 Saudi-sponsored Arab-Israeli terms of negotiation.

It is becoming more apparent daily that President Obama has a troubling affinity for Islamic Countries that he doesn’t maintain for other Democratic nations.
