A new Gallup Poll shows that a majority of Gun Owners believe Obama will ban guns. Obviously Gun Owners are aware of the Progressive agenda of Gun Control. Barack Hussein Obama supported Gun Control before he was President. This is a known fact and people have their eyes open.
PRINCETON, NJ — A new Gallup poll may explain recent reports of increased gun and ammunition sales in the U.S. Majorities of those who personally own a gun (55%) and of those with a gun in the household (53%), as well as 41% of all Americans, believe that President Obama “will attempt to ban the sale of guns in the United States while he is president.”
The issue of Obama’s intentions relating to guns has particular relevance given the widespread news reports of sharply increased sales of guns and ammunition. Many of these reports suggest that the reason behind these increased sales is the belief — right or wrong — that the president intends to severely curtail the legal availability of guns and ammunition. A recent National Public Radio news story, for example, reported: “Gun dealers and bullet-makers are straining to keep up with record demand for ammunition. Some dealers think it’s because of fear that President Obama might limit gun use. Although the president has made no specific proposal, bullets for sportsmen have been scarce for months.”
This is good news that Gun Owners are on alert. The Progressives being the Totalitarians they are, would love to ban citizen gun ownership. In their vision only the State and criminals will be armed. We would be at their mercy. Thankfully people are aware about this anti-Gun agenda.

On the bright side, all the gun and ammo sales are good for the economy!
Arizona Man Runs Down Daughter For Becoming ‘Westernized’
PEORIA, Ariz. — Police in a Phoenix suburb are looking for a father suspected of running down his daughter because she was becoming too “Westernized” and was not living according to their traditional Iraqi values.
Police say 48-year-old Faleh Hassan Almaleki of Glendale allegedly ran his daughter down Tuesday at an Arizona Department of Economic Security parking lot in Peoria.
The victim, 20-year-old Noor Faleh Almaleki of Surprise, remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
A second woman, 43-year-old Amal Edan Khalaf, also of Surprise, suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police say the women are roommates.
Well, out here Arnie the RINO signed into law a bill that will require me to finger printed when I buy ammo and won’t let me buy ammo over the internet anymore. Yeah, this is death by a thousand cuts for the Second Amendment.

Well, he certainly hated him for that awful mess he caused with Hurricane Katrina./
He is like many libs I know who cannot see beyond their personal animus. Of course, there are a lot who hate BHO in the same vein.
The Democrats have been trampling on American’s Second Amendment Civil Rights ever since the end of the Civil War. Under the color of crime prevention, they have tried to disarm freed slaves and Native Americans, poor and disadvantaged people, and for the most part the civil rights establishment has looked on with strong support for these violations. The odds of a middle-class black person getting a gun permit are almost non-existant, but the NAACP, ACLU, and other supposed bastions of freedom just frankly don’t give a damn. It is really quite astounding. I believe that if you passed a law in, say, Chicago that bluntly said blacks were not allowed guns, the only complaint from the NAACP would be that the gun control wasn’t strict enough.
What do you say to such people? They don’t live in the same world as we do.
re: #27 by Moe Katz
Yes, BHO has a strong Marxist influence in his background. He was mentored in Hawaii by Frank Marshall Davis , a strong Marxist poet & activist.
In Dreams of My Father he says that he always sought out Marxists in his academic life.

re: #67 by Moe Katz
Yes basically, you would beat people into submission to join a union or work in your sweat shop, march them at bayonet point to a chopping block in front of the house of worship or poulation control clinic, have barricades at each county line to keep the hillbillys from the county over from selling their livestock at your counties exchange.
Medeval feudal shit like that would ensue.
Kind of what’s happening now, with Zero and his preceding statists standing the constitution on its head and getting everthing backwards; but in a less orderly fashion.
I know that you know this and were being sarcastic, but we do have an audience.
I hate dem prices, too.

re: #78 by mfhorn
The way I was taught, you can’t miss fast enough to win a gun fight. The extra half-second you take to aim can be the difference between life and death. I’ve seen a number of videos of real gun fights, and it is amazing how people can just blast away at each other at point blank range and miss.
When I was a kid a guy taught me to punch with a pistol at close range. Try and hit them with the muzzel and pull the trigger. Can’t miss.

re: #84 by Iron Fist
Got in a fight once with a guy who was threatening to shoot me. I said lets jusrt settle this here and now. We were at a black powder rendevous, and I and a friend both had pistols. They were loaded with a pinch of powder and a bit of paper, not much. I took my friends revolver, pressed it into the hemroids hand, then took my own out, placed the barrel of his into my stomach, and mine into his.
I said “on three, one…. two…”
he fainted out cold. A half hour later he was gone, and none of us ever say him again.
I was young and stupid then. That ammount of powder would have forced the paper into my guts, and I probably would have died. Young and stupid. Course, that aint the case no more, Now I is old and stupid.

Iron nekkid?
One place you won’t find a recession — any store selling handguns or ammo.
In NJ, you apply for your permit and it takes months. Then you only have 3 months to make the purchase or you have to re-apply. Wait times for the gun I wanted were months long. Found what I wanted in PA, but they would only sell it with a clip size that was legal in NJ.
Found something just before the permit ran out. In every store, wall to wall buyers and low stock on ammo.

Oh I was going to add something else, but that’s moot. I’m not a gun owner, it’s much harder to own a gun in Canada. But I am working towards my fire arms cert. up here.
I always did love shooting when I was down in the US and I did it every weekend for nearly a year and a half in Indianapolis. Most gun owners I’ve ever known distrust the government for good cause. As someone who is a potential gun own, I distrust them too. It’s not the sane, and normal person you need to watch out for. It’s the crazies, and criminals who cause you the problems.
I do suppose on the upside with this bit of news, ammunition prices are going to go up by 25-80% again. Good business to be in if you’re in it.
