First of all, and most importantly, we sincerely thank all of you, most importantly those who read and contribute (but also those who just read), for informing us that we were shut down for a few hours by losers from Nancy Johnson’s Liberal Green Fascists. They actually bragged about it. Savage, Lance, Michelle, Wrath, Rodan, TQC, and myself thank you so much.
We all remember the early days when a thread was lucky to get 10 comments. How times have changed and we have grown, and for the better, mostly thanks to Marc (savage).
All of us here still believe in the greatness of God, America and in the first amendment of our Constitution-
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Unfortunately, at Charles Johnson’s Dailykos.com/Huffpo wannabe website, Liberal Green Fascists, which is monitored mostly by chronically unemployed miscreants, and who seem to think they’re much smarter than they actually are, their goal is to attempt to muzzle those whom they disagree with. They tried shutting us down Monday evening, and regretfully, they succeeded, albeit only for a couple of hours. For that, we are sorry.
We had the problem resolved as soon as we could, but it goes to show the level to which the liberals and their ilk will sink to silence those who expose the truth about what has happened over the past year or so at LGF: Don’t agree with Chuckles- BANNED! Believe in ID- BANNED! Believe that God created the Earth- BANNED! Don’t believe in Darwinism- BANNED! Visit this or any other verboten website that Chuckles’ deems off-limits (even if you didn’t, such as Little Old Lady)- BANNED!
It’s the exact same thing The Zero™, and the Marxists in his administration, will attempt to do to Fox News, and to Rush, Beck, Hannity, Levin, Boortz, and all other successful talk radio hosts (I’d say conservative radio hosts, but we all know the ONLY successful ones are, in fact, conservative).
The pattern over there is obvious, folks, and it is basically this: If you don’t agree with Chuckles, or you disagree and don’t keep your opinion to yourself and actually have the nerve to speak out, you will be whacked. Chuckles whacks more people in a week than your average mafia hitman does in his life.
The really sad part is that there are a lot of really good people there, who would be welcome additions here, that continue to post even though they must know that they’re really not wanted at LGF, because they haven’t drank Chuckles’s Kool-Aid, but they’re tolerated as long as they continue toe the line and walk on eggshells.

banned on the run! Seriously though it would be much better when we are simply blogmocracy.com and sever all vestigial links to 1.0
I wouldn’t sever those ties just yet. Remember, people are still getting banned over there. When they do get the axe, they need to find us here. The easiest way to do that is too keep the LGF tie-in. Later maybe, but keep it for now. Take it from one who was freshly banned.

Pranks by children cannot change what is happening. 2.0 is similar to what is happening to the country wherein conservatives have been awoken like a sleepin giant…Such pranks are the signs of the losing side. For those who remain at 1.0, ask yourself the same questions a Liberal should ask, why are you clinging to a false ideology?
maybe y’all could get the surplus 1.0 bandwidth at a discount. Keep him from having to shake the kitty and pimp jeans for a while. what’s he doing with it anyway?
Slightly off topic:
I saw the list of officially blocked nics from last night’s thread and I’m not even on the list!
I feel cheated! A double insult, banned for one little comment and left off of the list to boot.

re: #2 by Insert Clever Name Here
Agreed..for now at least. It will soon be over for the foolery that occurs at 1.0 – eventually dictators lose their hold on power over their minions.
What did they say over there when they bragged about bringing this site down for a couple of hours?
pretty sure it was a post I made. Sorry for the inconvience. it was total bs though as all i did was repost the info that she psoted in the first place in a public place.
irish hose crowwed about how she whined to blue host.

The fact that 1.0 is using guerrila tactics is a good sign – we are in their head.
Well, as I will say everyday to the 1.0 lurkers here, and we know there are many. CJ won’t let us post at your site, and CJ won’t let you post at this site, now what is wrong with this picture?
Who is the whipped one, huh? Go back and play with Ice Wiener if that makes you happy.
Hello all new refugees, you may make fun of the stalkers if you wish.
Trying to burnish his credentials for the Kos Kidz and Puff Hos. He may have never said it. I don’t know. I don’t know that I ever used the term, but I may have. I had something like 28,000 posts when Charles banned me. I don’t remember them all.
Still, it is interesting that he wants to put it out there that he never said the words, but damn how many Rachel Corrie threads have there been? Cruel threads mocking her, her life’s chosen work, and even her parents once (they were in Israel being moonbats in support of the real people who got their daughter killed). IIRC, he had one with a big Caterpillar Dozer as a graphic with the story,
The Old Charles was pretty harsh on old St. Pancake, even if he never used exactly those words. The new Charles, well, let’s just say I doubt he’ll post the pic of her ripping up/burning a Flag while screaming at the top of her lungs again.

Running to teacher and lying is not a guerrilla tactic.
re: #12 by wright1
Yup, and they call us the stalkers, yet we get by just fine without them while they slowly go over every post here looking for comments and commenters that can lead to bannings on their site.
With that, here’s the super-secret Creationist Anti-LGF Code for the week. Remember, on your code-rings, b=3

re: #16 by LanceKates
I forget, do I turn it clockwise or counterclockwise? Does it need to face East to work still?
re: #15 by BenZacharia
Interfering with the peaceful dissemination of ideas in this space is a guerrilla tactic particuarly when its design is simply to disrupt and destroy or delete content. Not saying it cannot be corrected and repaired, but the behavior to interfere with this site’s commerce of ideas is an act of terrorism and it is an concommitantly, an act of cowardice…
Well, CJ always said it’s his house over there and so he can make the rules.
Let’s go with that analogy. Suppose someone – a neighbor of yours – throws a big party and invites a ton of people in and then insults his guests if they disagree with his opinions, even if they’re polite about it, and kicks them out the door.
And they all go down the street to the corner bar to talk about what a jackass the guy is. The host then tries to have the bar shut down.
What’s wrong with that picture?
It’s an imperfect analogy though, because blogs are not homes – some are leftwing, some are rightwing but they’re supposed to be forums for discussion and debate, not The Sun King’s court.

re: #14 by Iron Fist
Do you remember how he would Photoshop pictures of Elvis onto the photographs that Arabs would carry in the streets in protests?
Also, I think he did a Photoshop of the photo showing Rachel Corrie ripping up the American flag and screaming onto the plaque that Arafat gave her parents. They looked so moved by the plaque but the picture on LGF showed Rachel Corrie screaming and ripping up a flag. Remember?
He definitely did a lot of anti-Corrie threads back then.
Hey gang. I know I’ve said this before..but what I can’t figure out ( or maybe I’ve forgotten) is how you can seem to damn sensible for a couple of years, and then suddenly go moon-bat crazy? I mean, CJ is now actually EXACTLY LIKE the moonbats we used to abhor and make fun of, is he not? I just don’t understand what happened? Did Van Jones come over and give him oral sex? Did Oprah call? Did he have some horrid accident on that pansy bike of his and end up with brain damage?
Any day now, I expect him to come out in the defense of the 9-11 hijackers and utterly complete the transition from defender of the truth to bat-crazy leftist loon.
I will never understand some people. Or some Lizards…..
Why anyone with a lick’ of common sense is still there, I will never understand.

re: #19 by LanceKates
That’s probable. It is certain that that particular epithet was thrown out on a very regular basis by the minions and Charles never even hinted that we should not use it because it is being mean to our enemies (or for any other reason).
Like I said earlier, he’s pissed in the Right’s face, but he’ll get no comfort from the Left. They will rejoice in his downfall, but they aren’t going to buy sex toys from amazon through his weblink, or donate substantial cash to keep the party going.
re: #28 by father_of_10
hey! what the hell am I, chopped liver?
CJ used to have “Religion of Peace” topics decrying Islamists but now he refers to sites that are critical of Islam as anti-Islam sites.
He’s got this term on his own front page right this minute.
CJ is now standing up for his old nemesis – the R.o.P.
re: #14 by Iron Fist
and yes he did have a cat on the top of a st. pancake thread although I doubt it will be there for long if it isn’t already gone.
I’ve got some photoshops posted on those threads.
outright liar… like that surprises anyone here anymore
Looks like Chuckles is singing “I’m so ronely” to his pathetic choir, while throwing Rifqa Bary under his new Daily Kos bound bus.
“The anti-Islam blogs have been hyperventilating for months over the case of Rifqa Bary — a Muslim teenager who converted to Christianity, ran away from home, and found a new home with a radical fundamentalist Christian preacher, Blake Lorenz of the “Global Revolution Church.”
“I’m fairly sure that Spencer and Geller will now attack me, but that’s standard fare for them when they’re caught out espousing bigotry and inciting hatred.”
Is Nancy so delusional that he actually thinks he matters anymore? Or, is he getting desperate for attention? Hey Nancy, your fifteen minutes are about up.
so… is this our nightly vent on cj and 1.0 thread?
So when this blog went out off and on through this afternoon, that was due to the people at LGF 1?
re: #29 by BenZacharia
re: #30 by Iron Fist
I agree with both of you. Though I don’t hold any single comment existing on lgf as compliance, not anymore than I’d hold any single existing comment here as compliance on the part of us as admins here.
However, the constant references to her as such…. Charles saw and that constitutes acceptance.
Regardless, I still saw references to her as such.
I just don’t care enough about it to go pull them up or sort through it all. I have better things to do:
Sons of Anarchy is on, and it’s a hell of a show.

What makes this Lorenz guy “radical?”
When Johnson says someone is “radical” I don’t necessarily take his word for it.
Someone who I would consider an everyday, normal, average Christian he would no doubt think of as being “radical.”
I take the Bible literally, I think the world was created in six 24-hour periods (I’m a Young Earther/Creationism), and I’m a social conservative, so I’ve no doubt that positions such as those, while in my opinion are perfectly normal, he would consider radical or extreme.

Like Eliana said, Nancy went from posting about the anti-Jihad movement to simpering about those nasty anti-Islam blogs. A total and complete sell-out who will happily throw Islam’s victims under the bus. Whatever he is suffering from, I hope there is a Foundation somewhere working on a cure.

re: #25 by Eliana
I’m certainly not going to start feeling sorry for Rachel Corrie now. She’s become a left-wing cottage industry. I did feel bad for her parents – until they met with Arafat, a truly evil POS who was more responsible for their daughter’s fate than the Israelis were.
Those posts mocking the Palestinian death cult were a necessary counterweight to the “poor little Palestinians who can never do anything wrong” mindset of most of the MSM.
They might be an embarrassment for CJ now, but I thought they were justified, especially when suicide bombers were blowing up Israelis on a regular basis.
Mocking their “race.” calling them genetically inferior – now, that would be over the top. Mocking that insane culture and its Western apologists was not.
It sure does put CJ in an awkward position now though.
re: #29 by BenZacharia
Interesting point.
I never used the “St. Pancake” term myself, and I told people at LGF 1 when I was relatively new there that I was uncomfortable with how people mocked her death, or that they called her “St Pancake.”
I said her political views were unfortunate and stupid, but to mock a dead girl and call her “Pancake” seemed insensitive/tacky, whatever.
re: #12 by wright1
We’re in their OODA loop.
I used to love the St Pancake threads over there. It was gratifying to make fun of such a classic zero non-martyr in the Darwin-Award fashion of dying. And now CJ is trying to wash his hands of it? What a farce! when will he be logging on to KOS and asking for their forgiveness?

re: #50 by Donna V.
Agree 100%!
As we all know, it was never about the Arabs’ race.
Close to half of the Jews in Israel come from Jewish families that immigrated from the Arab lands. Israel has undercover Jewish teams in Judea and Samaria who pretend to be Arabs while hunting for terrorists. They can work undercover as Arabs because they speak Arabic and some of their ethnic characteristics are indistinguishable from the people they’re blending in with while doing their jobs.
We know that it was never about race – but I suspect that CJ is about to forget this part himself.

I noticed that Charles (life’s living example of failure) has taken down his contact link. Wonder if he has been getting “threats of violence” from the Nazis, fascists, and right wing extremists he seems to see around every corner?
What a popcorn fart he is in the whole scheme of things!
re: #61 by BenZacharia I’ve never been that way.
I remember when some 20-something kid killed himself because George W. Bush won the election, a lot of people at LGF 1 thought that was “ha ha” funny too and made many jokes at his expense (or made heartless comments about it), but it turned my stomach to see people laughing about his death or showing zero sympathy.
What I find interesting about this “St. Pancake” business is that I was not mocking the girl’s death from the very start, while Johnson was doing it himself (or allowing it on his blog) but here lately, he seems to be backtracking on it.

Ah, okay. I might turn in soon.
For the admins: the blog keeps going in and out. Sometimes it shows up but other times I get a white page that says the blog is undergoing maintenance or whatever.
Also, the column at the right is empty. There used to be a heading there that said, “Last comment” with links to recent comments, but all that stuff is gone.
The buttons to make links and blockquote text is gone too
She died for a photo-op while protecting terrorist arms smuggling tunnels.

Based on how socialists and communists work when they come for the guns, they tend to come in the middle of the night and take the family, or in the middle of the day when no one is home and take the guns, then wait for you.

I just registered after lurking for a few days. This idea of having a daily thread devoted to LGF is a hoot. I was an LGF contributor in the early days, and left the site sometime in 2007.
Regarding the old Charles vs. the new. Here’s a couple blasts from the past:
Pelosi in a Hijab
Teaching the children
Nope, one doesn’t have to search far to find tidbits like this. Can we say ‘target rich environment?’ In fact, if Charles tried to delete all of these types of posts, he’d practically have to delete the entire blog prior to 2007, and apparently he hasn’t got that crazy yet.

“I see we still have some anti-Islam bigots hanging around at LGF.”
Is that CJ’s idea of a debate these days?? His 180 on jihad issues is so obvious, he’s almost becoming a parody of himself now. And I don’t think he’s insane either, it just looks like he has a typical left-wing recessive gene.
And who the hell uses the term “anti-Islam”?? CMON!!
Does this mean Nancy won’t be posting anymore “Palestinian Car Swarm” threads in the future? There were a lot of those too.
re: #90 by Godzilla
we can’t visit those links. they redirect us because cj is a weenie.

If Ron Paul comes out for jailing pedophiles and Glen Beck rails against axe murders. The LGF headline the next day would be “Pedophile is not such a bad person and axe murderer was misunderstood.” “Obama and I advocate mercy”
What happened with Charles is no more baffling than if the Daily Kos suddenly went conservative.

Here’s another blast from the past involving Rachel Corrie. LGF made best of the web:
“Little Green Footballs has given out its second annual Robert Fisk Award for Idiotarian of the Year. This year’s winner: Rachel Corrie, the terror advocate who died in a bulldozer accident last March. Corrie picked up 28.8% of the vote in the 10-candidate finals, edging out Michael Moore (26.7%), who also finished second (behind Jimmy Carter) in 2002. Moore, who we hear dedicated his most recent “book” to Corrie, is the Susan Lucci of idiotarians. As one LGF commenter writes, “Michael Moore has to be crushed he didn’t win.”

re: #125 by Godzilla
It only takes a split second Google search to find LGF threads laying out the case against Rachel Corrie or showing threads about Arafish.
I had forgotten that he called him “Arafish” (although I’ll never forget those photos)!!
re: #125 by Godzilla
I can’t imagine those who remain at that sh-thole are anything but left-leaning idiots and middle-wafflers.
Those awards CANNOT continue with any real credibility. I mean, come on. Just give the cruddy one to Glenn Beck already and the good one to Prez Zero.
Do we really have to wait around until 2012 to see chuckie open his mouth in support of the re-election bid of the Zero?

It’s here.
hey everyone, nancy had a post up about color of communism, so I decided its time to act.
Please visit http://boycottcommunism.blogspot.com/

Oooopppsss, didn’t see orangecrush’s post.

Reinforcement
re: #130 by Eliana
Charles will never live down those pre-2007 posts. Every one of his posts is still reachable via search engines like yahoo and google, and the pages are accessible from those sites. Not to mention the tens of thousands of posts from lefty bloggers that railed at LGF in the early days. Talk about a target rich environment.
re: #135 by orangecrush
At the rate the 2.0 has been hiccuping lately, reinforcements is always a good idea.
re: #136 by Godzilla
No kidding!
re: #131 by Bill Jenkins
I don’t recognize the names of the people who post at LGF now. It looks as if there has been a complete turnover. I went apolitical for about a year and a half, starting in 2005 sometime, having gotten interested in ID, which was something I’d never heard of before. In fact it was from an LFG post. In researching LGF I started hanging out at other blogs (like Tellic Thoughts, and Uncommon Descent), plus starting studying the basics of chemistry and biology so that I could follow the debate better.
When I came back to LGF, I didn’t even recognize it…a whole lot of new names…except for Kilgore Trout, Mandy Manners, and Zombie, whom I’d never really communicated with, though I thought Zombie was okay (but why is she still there then?). Anyone still giving hits to LGF probably sympathizes with Charles, I would imagine, or else why stay there?
Well, it’s been fun to see you all here this evening!
G’nite!
How do’ folks. Late log in. Glad the sails have been trimmed and y’all are back on course.
I meant I went apolitical in 2007 sometime.
re: #140 by Eliana
Dang! You’re the fun one! G’night.
Let me try that again:

does he still have the pali child abuse slideshow?
if not I have the whole thing here somewhere.
re: #129 by orangecrush
Thanks alot. Good Lord in heaven, what did Afrocity do to get the stick. I mean really, she was the nicest person. Not to mention MamaWinger, Rancher, Pink Freud, Uncle Rancher. Those are the most prominent to me. There are quite a bit more that surprised me. Chuckles has gone over the edge. I picture an unshaven mad man in front of his monitor, grinding his jaw and mumbling that he will ban all tratiors to the crown. LOL
re: #145 by Beltfed
What the hell!!!
re: #144 by Godzilla
I wish I could just become a-political and return to blogs about video games and other stuff that is actually fun.
Maybe I should do an engine swap into an older car to relax…. relax while busting knuckles and swearing, maybe?
I can’t do it. CJ bashing is a fun sport. Pissing people off over the internet is an American tradition.
Out of curiosity, how did my name get on the banned list without me adding it?
re: #147 by spidly
Do you not sleep? =)
Another blast from the past (the link is to the search results page, and from there you can get to the LGF post). It is the first result on the page:
Demonstrations in Venezuela
Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets in Venezuela today, protesting the Chavez thugocracy’s crackdown on free speech: Venezuelans protest as TV station shuts.
Yep, a target rich environment.
re: #151 by linoleumknife
Very possumble that Kirly added it, as she did mine.
re: #151 by linoleumknife
we keep track of the prospects, it’s only a fraction of the banned and you made the cut…. if we didn’t know you’d put on a sheet and swear to conduct all business in Liberty Dollars, you wouldn’t have gotten in. we racy racial racists are sneeeeeky.
re: #152 by Bunk X
yeahhhh….no so good.
my work schedule is effed up and throws off the routine plus I’ve been bad about the gym.
re: #151 by linoleumknife
Kirly reads here i think
BTW, when you go to an LGF page from a search result page, apparently you can read the comments also, as I was able to view the comments in the “Demonstrations in Venezuela” post. So it looks as if Charles is completely exposed.
re: #155 by spidly
Awesome, I love Liberty Dollars. When is the next Racist Rally?
/lol, some people are total chumps
re: #158 by Godzilla
Whatisname Fulton had a direct link to the sekrit posts, but due to the recent problems here, I can’t toss out the link.
re: #157 by orangecrush
Well I am using a different nic here. I did not want Chuckles to spread shit about me. That dude can be viscous, every fucking shadow he sees is a racist.
re: #146 by Bunk X
What I discovered, when I began to research ID, is that there is a tremendous about of bias pro and con on the subject (hell, just look at Charles). The bias is so prevalent that I began to distrust the advocates on both sides of the issue. However, I was interested, so I put myself through a self-study course in chemistry and biology that is still ongoing. It takes a long time to get familiar with those subjects to a great degree, especially when you’re starting from a background of little to no science in high school and college.
I think Michael Behe’s concept of irreducible complexity is very valid.
best parts of the LGF dictionary:
Nazimedia – Disparaging appellation for Indymedia, an extreme leftist activist site that often drifts into fascistic thinking. [First documented use: Damian Penny 4/10/2002 11:47AM PST]
Oil Ticks – The Saudi royal family, and other Saudi aristocrats who, like ticks, drain their country’s oil wealth.
Religion of Pieces – Mocking reformulation of President Bush’s absurd declaration that Islam is a “Religion of Peace.”
St. Pancake – Disparaging nickname for Rachel Corrie, a American activist who voluteered to help Palestinian militants in their attacks on Israel; she was killed after being crushed by a Israeli bulldozer while “defending” Palestinian smuggling tunnels. She was subsequently beatified by the extreme left, and in mockery of her new holy status, LGFers dubbed her “St. Pancake,” in reference to the manner of her death.
splodydopes – Suicide bombers, particularly Palestinian suicide bombers. A contraction of “exploding dopes.” Coined by LGFer Jim Treacher in a posting on April 15, 2002.
Aloha Snackbar – Absurdist parody of the Islamic prayer “Allah Ackbar” (meaning “God is greater”). Occasionally used mockingly by commenters to poke fun at Islamic fundamentalists who have revealed their incompetence or irrationality. [First use unknown; email info here.]
Stupidfada – Stupid Intifada — a commentary on the futility and ultimate pointlessness of the Palestinian Intifada. Now rarely used. [First documented use: Charles 11/27/2002 2:50 PM]
Holy Shiite – A sarcastic exclamation of dismay, usually in relation to some event involving Islamic extremists. A combination of “Holy Shit” and “Shiite,” a member of the Shia branch of Islam. (Also influenced by “shite,” the Cockney spelling and pronounciation of “shit.”)
.
Koranimal – Derogatory and somewhat offensive term for Islamic terrorist, or a Muslim who sympathizes with Islamic terrorists. A contraction of “Koran” and “animal.” Date of first appearance unknown, though probably predates LGF.
buzzing prayer rug – A Islamic prayer rug invented by a Jordanian in 2003 that buzzes when the user’s forehead touches a metal plate embedded in the rug. Occasionally brought up sarcastically as a wonderful example of “technological innovation” in the modern Islamic world.
Paleostinian – Derogatory and (to some people) somewhat offensive combination of “paleolithic” and “Palestinian,” with the implication that Palestinian culture is primitive (i.e. similar to that of ancient humans from the paleolithic era).
ROPMA – Religion Of Peace My Ass.
L3ogic – The type of logic used by the LLL; in other words, illogic. [First documented use: 12/16/2003 09:24AM PST]
Dhimmi Carter – Insulting nickname for former President Carter, substituting Dhimmi for Jimmy. He earned the nickname by allowing Islamic fundamentalism to gain ascendancy during his watch (in Iran in 1979) and for not seeing through the lies of Arafat during the Arab-Israeli negotiations that led to Carter getting the Nobel Peace Prize.
Islamonazi – A variant of the more common “Islamofascist,” but drawing a more direct comparison between Islamic fundamentalism and Nazism in particular, as opposed to the more generalized term “fascism.”
Jordyptian – Substitute name for “Palestinian,” based on the notion that most modern-day self-identified “Palestinians” are descended from Arabs who emigrated from either Jordan or Egypt, and the fact that there never has been an actual independent nation called “Palestine” nor an identified ethnicity called “Palestinian” until recently in political history. Jordyptian is a contraction of Jordanian and Egyptian.
re: #161 by linoleumknife
Of course, since he is now being exposed as a complete d-bag, maybe it doesn’t matter as much.
re: #161 by linoleumknife
“Viscous.” heh.
CJ Superstar has a problem with socks and the silent folks. The only way he can remedy it is to vaporize all existing accounts and start over.
Were he to reformat LGF.1, he’d lose all his sideline regulars, his stats would plummet, and Amazon would cut him out of their advertisement budget.
It’d be funny to watch him try that, though.
Sudden Jihad Syndrome (SJS) – The tendency among supposedly Westernized Muslims living in the United States to unexpectedly lash out violently in an act of self-initiated (and usually small scale) Islamic terrorism. Also abbreviated to “SJS” or “S.J.S.” Examples include Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar who drove his SUV into a crowd at the University of North Carolina in 2006, Naveed Alzal Haq who shot people at a Jewish Federation Center in Seattle also in 2006, Hesham Mohammed Hadayet who murdered people at the El Al terminal in the Los Angeles Airport in 2002 — among many others. In all of these instances, the perpetrators had no known direct connection to any established terror group, and because of this the authorities inevitably refrain from describing their actions as “terrorism” — hence the sarcastic term “Sudden Jihad Syndrome.” Daniel Pipes claims to have coined the phrase on March 14, 2006 (in the article cited above), but some commenters have reported seeing it before that date. (If you have a link citing “Sudden Jihad Syndrome” prior to March 14 2006, please leave it as a comment on this page.)
yeahhhhh…. he never used those terms – just stuck them in the LGF dictionary. OH, and used them.

re: #162 by Godzilla
Godz–
I’ve got absolutely no interest in debating ID vs. Darwinism, as it really doesn’t matter. That’s not a sleight to you, btw.
Religion has been one of the most powerful institutions since the dawn of man, and for good reason: it civilizes people.
Should religion be abandoned? Absolutely not. The tenets of the major faiths proffer guidance on how to live a prosperous life.
The value of a religious education is the indoctrination moral compass that too many of our fellow citizens lack.
Dang! I miss the editing function!
re: #173 by Bunk X
Well put sir. I’m not a big fan of Frank Luntz, as I find him mundane, but he has a new poll out that is interesting. Apparently, the majority of Americans wish that we had more religion in our lives.
re: #175 by linoleumknife
What I intended to say was that early religion indoctrination provides a moral compass.
Am I religious? No. But I still work within the tenets of honesty. Gawd, now I sound like a preacher.
I like this site. Too bad most of the heavyweights appear to be east of us.
Remember that speech Hitler gave that supplied the facist right wing with all these gems?
Government is the problem not the solution…
Wherever the real power in a Government lies, there is the danger of oppression
That government is best which governs least
Let us not insult the free and gallant citizens of America with the suspicion, that they would be less able to defend the rights of which they would be in actual possession, than the debased subjects of arbitrary power would be to rescue theirs from the hands of their oppressors.
A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.
A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have.
Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government.
A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned – this is the sum of good government.
I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpations
re: #172 by linoleumknife
I think it has always been restricted random hours. It might have been open early on. one of the oldtimers would know.
Re: St. Pancake
I have a hard time believing that CJ never used the term, although I certainly could be wrong. Nodrog would probably know for certain (and probably where to find it).
In the very least, it’s proudly displayed in the LGF dictionary under “Terms that Originated on LGF”, and there was even a lizard sporting the “St. Pancake” nic (not on Kirly’s banned list, so I guess we assume he’s still A OK with it).
re: #168 by Freddo
Welcome Freddo. You post makes the good point that anyone that doesn’t own a kindle is a facist. No melting down here, just a careful observation of someone going the wrong way down the street.

crap… those weren’t Hitler’s words at all and I’m supposed to be a fascist I’ll have to look in the manual to get my head straight.
I’m aware of St. Alphonso, but isn’t St. Pancake a reference to the girl who layed down in a ditch in protest of the Israelis?
re: #186 by spidly
Turn in your copy of Mein Kampf http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mein_Kampf
“Hitler originally wanted to call his forthcoming book Viereinhalb Jahre (des Kampfes) gegen Lüge, Dummheit und Feigheit, or Four and a Half Years (of Fighting) Against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice.”
It would never have sold without naming it like a Jihadi manual.

re: #195 by linoleumknife
The PRESIDENT of the United States of America should learn to keep his PRESIDENTIAL Mouth shut!
re: #198 by linoleumknife
You SOB. I ain’t stinkin’. =)
Huh…. this from our manual:
National Socialism must claim the right to impose its principles on the whole German nation, without regard to what were hitherto the confines of federal states. And we must educate the German nation in our ideas and principles. As the Churches do not feel themselves bound or limited by political confines, so the National Socialist Idea cannot feel itself limited to the territories of the individual federal states that belong to our Fatherland.
The National Socialist doctrine is not handmaid to the political interests of the single federal states. One day it must become teacher to the whole German nation. It must determine the life of the whole people and shape that life anew. For this reason we must imperatively demand the right to overstep boundaries that have been traced by a political development which we repudiate.
I’m going to have to give up my desire for limited central government so we can all be green vegetarians I think.
For the National Socialist Trades Union, therefore, the strike is a means that may, and indeed must, be resorted to as long as there is not a National Socialist State yet. But when that State is established it will, as a matter of course, abolish the mass struggle between the two great groups made up of employers and employees respectively, a struggle which has always resulted in lessening the national production and injuring the national community. In place of this struggle, the National Socialist State will take over the task of caring for and defending the rights of all parties concerned……Thus employers and employees will no longer find themselves drawn into a mutual conflict over wages and hours of work, always to the detriment of their mutual interests. But they will solve these problems together on a higher plane, where the welfare of the national community and of the State will be as a shining ideal to throw light on all their negotiations.
Damn! I should get behind labor/government ownership of GM.
yo… CJ… you are becoming the stinky puddle of fascist slime over there. Quit thinking in the LLL terms of fascism as “anything I don’t like, ’cause I know best”
re: #199 by Possum
Yeah I know, but to be fair it was off record. Had he been a tool, like during the mess with Gates, I would be upset. As it is though, he said it in private and that asshole from ABC posted it. In some ways I think it shows that the media might be getting tired of him to some degree.

I’m conflicted though. Our fascist right wing leaders think everybody should be armed and give us lines like:

I’m outta here, too, but I’ll leave y’all with this. It could apply to CJ as well.

Mornin’
Morning all!
Is anyone reading a regular Mark Levin listener?
I just got done with last nite’s podcast and I swear he’s paranoid schizophrenic. I’ve listened to him for short runs twice before, and left angry for reasons that I can’t remember, and I started AGAIN last week. All was well. And then yesterday and today he just goes off on Glenn Beck again, with a really over the top elitist take on him.
I used to hate Beck, but after my fiancee really got into listening to him and consequently much more involved in the whole political scene I realized that Glenn wasn’t speaking to me, but rather her. He makes conservatism accessible to a MUCH larger demographic that wouldn’t ordinarily be so involved.
I don’t think it would be a stretch to suggest that 1/4 to 1/3 of the DC crowd wouldn’t have been there if it weren’t for him.
Levin seems extremely jealous and petty about that, and in complete denial that Beck is in it for anything but himself. He goes so far as to call Beck a pretender.
I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t call him out on this elitism, as I called out ‘The Next Right’ folks and even Charles Krauthammer at times. If we don’t accept people that wouldn’t ordinarily care about politics as part of our movement, we won’t be ANYTHING.
Some people just aren’t wired that way. For now, we can try and inform anyone and everyone that we come into contact with about how terrible for America these Progressives really are.
re: #217 by Bumr50
They’re still liberals to me. They try to slip out from under that name by calling themselves “progressives”. Not gonna work. They know the word liberal has a negative connotation.
my 2 cents.
re: #218 by HadEnough
Well liberals in the classic sense aren’t as bad as progressives. Progressives are down right scary at times. Bunch of fuckin fascists.
re: #218 by HadEnough
Progressive seems to be the going description around these parts. Rodan uses Totalitarian Transnational Progressives, and I guess that resonates well with me, but I’m lazy hence ‘progressives.’
re: #219 by linoleumknife
re: #220 by Bumr50
I understand where you both are coming from, but we are past classic liberalism.
I will always refer to them as that. They don’t get to define the terms of the debate any longer.
re: #220 by Bumr50
re: #221 by HadEnough
Fair enough, I know one true classic liberal. He is a friend of mine and we get along wonderfully. He actually loves this great country, we just see economics differently and a couple of other minor issues. It is fun to talk to him because it doesn’t turn into a slug fest. Outside of that the only other time I like the word liberal is in reference to cheese and butter on my baked potatoe.
re: #222 by linoleumknife
LOL on potatoe.
Take Joe Lieberman for example. Pretty liberal to me. Decent guy though. It’s the militant ones that offend me.
re: #223 by HadEnough
Well hell, given the chance some of them would go all Ayers on us. Gulags and such. I get the urge to smack the fuck out of them sometimes, but thankfully living in Texas limits my exposure to them.
re: #224 by linoleumknife
I’m with you on that. I live in a rural area, mostly conservative.
re: #225 by HadEnough
Yeah, it’s nice not being surrounded by the asshats. If I lived on the east or west coast I would have been commited to an asylum long ago. It’s funny though, I’m pretty damn young and I don’t have many friends my age. They are typically older. Except my gf, she’s a few years younger.
re: #226 by linoleumknife
Oh and pretty damned conservative. She graduated from A&M. I really dig conservative chicks. lol
Is there a spell check function somewhere? Also, is there a way to make a donation? I know that they are trying to up the performance and I would like to help.
re: #227 by linoleumknife
Sweet! good for you.
I quit acknowledging the self-adoring terms of liberals long ago. I call them pro-regressives, among other unflattering things.

What, no spell check.
re: #233 by linoleumknife
Plus they have some of the best lookin women in the world there. Plenty of eye candy.
I went there during the first Reagan administration. It was heady times, especially after living in the walled fortress of liberalism and attending UT.
I haven’t been to College Station in quite a few years, the last time to see a football game, as my nephew was drawing interest from a number of schools, and an old friend was the defensive coordinator there(he’s now the def co at Pitt).
We had the Dixie Chicken, but not much else when I went.
I’ve been living in Dallas for almost twenty years, now.
Et vous?
According to Savage, the host was going to give our server an enema, a suppository, and a colonoscopy.
The site seems…refreshed.
There has never been a shortage of eye candy in Texas.
re: #239 by no2liberals
You’re not kiddin there. I love this state with all my heart. College Station has grown quite alot recently. The campus is lovely. I’d live there if I could find good work, but it’s mainly just lower wage jobs for the students.
Good morning, y’all!

good morning {goddess}
re: #241 by goddessoftheclassroom
It’s GOTC,
Something about this theme format doesn’t allow me to post from the thread, so I can only reply from behind the admin curtain.
What I liked about TAMU when I was there, was that everyone was very civil and social. There wasn’t much entertainment, so there were always parties where students gathered, and how everyone got to know each other. Much more friendly and connected than UT, with its abundance of entertainment.
I went to work with General Mills, not long after I left TAMU, and assisted the HR people at some campus job fairs. The difference in the attitudes of the TAMU vs. UT students was striking. The TAMU kids always showed up early, were clean shaven, well dressed, and alert, as though they were serious about finding a job. The UT students, many of them anyway, would be minutes late, look like they were hungover or starting early, and casually(if not sloppily) dressed.
So, knife, where in my beloved state do you live?
Howdy sweet lady!

In regards to the people at TAMU: they are just as you describe them. Hard working, clean cut and well spoken. It bugs me a bit that so many people consider it to be a hick school. They are leaders in so many fields, and their graduates are some of the best people to work for or with.
So you are up towards Livingston.
I’ve lived all over to, but not in the western part. Lived in Houston several times, and when I left there the last time, I was living on Lake Conroe and commuting into town near the Galleria.
It was worth it. In the summer and fall I would go water skiing when I got home.
Well, you know why Aggie jokes are so short, don’t you?
It’s so the Teasippers at UT can understand them.
The days of people knowing A&M as an oddity, because it was male only, are fading fast.
A&M is a wonderful school, in a great setting. I hope they never get rid of the polo matches on the front lawn on the weekends.
Its wonderful to sit and watch those magnificent horses show their athleticism.
One of my brothers went to Vet School there, btw.
re: #251 by no2liberals
Well I’m not quite that close to Livingston. I was born in west Texas. Lived in central for a couple of years. Lived in Austin for a couple. I have bounced around the Houston area for years and I spent part of my college years in Huntsville. I’ve settled down for the most part now.
re: #252 by no2liberals
Well IMHO, their vet school could be compared to any other in the world. It is tops. I worked for two TAMU vets as a tech for about three years. Most experienced and knowlegable people I ever had the pleasure of working with. Even let one of them treat a bad case of posion ivy I had. lol
re: #131 by Bill Jenkins
Ah, past fiskies are yet another stumbling block for CJ as he tries to reinvent himself: Corrie, Olberman, Jimmah Carter – I can’t recall who the other ones were, but they’re all heroes of the Left. Even the name “fiskie” – taken from the blatantly dishonest journal Robert Fisk – will have to go.
Of course, if he deletes his archives from 2001-2007, his great claim to fame – Rathergate – will also go down the rabbit hole.
{Donna V.}! Good morning!
I have to get ready for school–have a great day, y’all!
I’ve been many places and seen many things, but I always came back to Texas.
Once GM transferred me to a state with a personal income tax and gave me a 10% salary increase. The net after the move and salary increase was less than before I left Texas.
Less than a year later they transferred me back to Texas, with another 10% salary increase. I was in high cotton after that move. As Lewis Grizzard once wrote about moving back to Georgia, when I got back to Texas-I nailed my feet to the ground.
re: #257 by no2liberals
Lol, I don’t think I could leave the state for an extended period of time. The longest I have ever been gone is two weeks. I broke several traffic laws to get back as quickly as my car could take me. I will be buried here, I don’t care what it takes.
Howdy Donna V.
Like gotc before me, I have to get ready for work.
John Stossel has a blog at Townhall, and made a nice post. He wants our help.
re: #259 by no2liberals
Have a good day. I should get back to work, my shift is almost over.
I’m witcha bruddah.
I ain’t going nowhere, nohow.
Got to go.
Be excellent!
Good morning! (3AM) Is anyone awake?
*grumbles* as my bank has made several mistakes to my account.
re: #262 by Number6
(6:50 AM) Yup!
I say that every second Barack Obama wastes before addressing the RIDICULOUS and BASELESS accusations of racism being hurled by the left is another second that true civil rights progress goes backwards, and his feet should be held to the fire for it.
Shame on this man.
re: #263 by HadEnough
Lemme guess – bank error in your favor?!
/been there
The “Post Racial Presidency” isn’t going to do a damn thing to ease racial tension created by baseless charges of racism. Why waste a potential crisis?
re: #265 by Bumr50
No, I paid a couple bills online, and they didn’t go through according to the two companies due to NSF. Bank error, since there is more than enough funds in there.
re: #262 by Number6
Good morning!
re: #267 by HadEnough
Yeah, I ran into trouble with Comcast because I paid my bill online ONCE and apparently once you do that they stop mailing paper bills unless you tell them otherwise.
I still use checks for the utilities.
re: #269 by Bumr50
First time I’ve had a problem with my bank that way. I will call them when they open and straighten their asses out!
Good morning!
Ok, Jimmy Carter has chimed in on the race issue and guess what? He concurs with all the other race baiters: Any and ALL criticism of B Hussein is racist.
btw,did anyone take note that Carters screed on Israel as the worlds biggest oppressor is one of OBLs favorite caveside reads?
Banks and the USPS. I do a lot of mailing and receiving. They have lost and broken two valuable items in the last month, and we are working on a possible third fubar. Never ever use parcel post, pay the extra for priority with tracking.

Some more intel and commentary on the LGF meltdown from Founding Bloggers
You guys are doing a great job and that childish attempt at censorship the other day speaks volumes as to how successful you are becoming.I feel sorry for those alleged conservatives at Nancy’s Place who do not have the guts to get up and say “This shit is not for me, take your global warming and stick it where the sun don’t shine”. I suspect that LGF 2 will be flourishing long after LGF 1 has merged with Huffington Post.

Jimmy Carter is the Devil’s Spawn.
re: #271 by vagabond trader
Jimmy Carter is living proof that the South’s best blood was (for the most part) lost in the Civil War.
How’s teh book coming along?
I had my first comment deletion over there yesterday. It was questioning one of the toadies.
It’s just cyber-bullying over there now.
I really think he’s sold it off and we have a new “Dread Pirate Roberts.”
re: #277 by WarEagle88
That would explain the Rodents of Unusual Size over there.
re: #276 by Speranza
Oh man, The Temple is toast. What a saga, almost unbelievable when you consider the historical vs biblical vs modern aspects.
Good morning. It was really LGF’ers that shut us down?
lol, you have to hand it to the Chinese when it comes to a lack of interest in the sensitivities of other cultures.

I have to share this: If this kind of insanity keeps up, it’s only a matter of time before something bad happens.
That was from his post on the nut bringing two guns to an obama rally. I can certainly say that’s a dumb idea, but the fact that he says “before something bad happens”
Hello? McFly?
Something bad has been happening since the imaculation! Pay attention, and get your head out of the LA smog.
Unless you actually like paying more for everything, and the most overeaching govt in my short lifetime.
It’s sickening, how liberals love to spend other peoples money, just not their own.
re: #280 by RIX
Not sure, the host is trying to isolate the cause of the slowdown.
That being said, the loozards spend an inordinate amount of time nitpicking the comments and archives looking for threats and or outing of personal info. You know, they are not only guardians of correct thought but also teh internut police.
What, did I call anyone a liberal fascist?
re: #282 by HadEnough
The left WANTS something baaaaad to happen, means to an end you see.
re: #283 by vagabond trader
If LGF is involved it will be a new low.
The longer that I am away from there which is not long, I got banned during the 9/11 purge over there, the nuttier that it seems.
Good morning all!
1.0 has gone off the deep end. I was at the D.C. rally, and you really had to look hard for any signs of ‘frothing insanity’ as they call it with their constant hyperbole and ad-hominem attacks.
Reason has an accurate depiction here:
http://reason.com/blog/show/136059.html
Does anyone know if 3 Wood was banned? 3’s posts were the only reason I’ve bothered to look at 1.0 for months now, but I haven’t seen him in a long time. About to stop bothering since there’s nothing else worth reading over there, and even less reason to post anything in the echo-chamber.
re: #285 by RIX
I walked away yesterday. It’s liberating.
Today I’ll delete my bookmark and that will be it. Adios to the psychodrama and the ‘guilt by association unto the third generation’ follies.
Headline at Politico:
“Obama Bets The House on Specter”
We can only hope…

No lie. I was not invested as some were, but even so this became quite obvious once detached from the hellhole.Anyone who once had solid thinking skills is now on shaky ground imho.Co-dependent and cultish.
re: #286 by dojo
I have his email addy. I will email him later around noon.
I know he was losing his job, so he is most likely searching for another.
And I agree, I always looked forward to his posts.

That is a very healthy break up plan.
Welcome!
re: #286 by dojo
I used to chat with a guy who had Pierce Brosnan as his avatar, anyone know who I’m talking about or what became of him?
re: #287 by Number6
I really wish that I would have walked bfore being banned, just on general pricipal.
I got banned when I was flying, not even logged on.
If you post something that the Libs do not like , they swarm on you & high fiv each other.
Others just go silent so as not to offend CFJ.
Yochanon joined in to rebut the head cases, which is probably why he is banned.
I do hope that he shows up here.
re: #291 by vagabond trader
Morning vt!!
Pretty day up my way.
re: #294 by Bumr50
Hey Bumr50!
The spousal asset and I are seriously considering that neck of the woods for the golden years.Little overcast here in the Peoples Republic of CT.
Another blast from the past – who can forget the infamous LGF ‘car swarm watch’ posts:
Car Swarm Watch
Click on this to get to the yahoo search result page, which has the link to the car swarm post. This was Dec 30, 2005. Charles was really in the holiday Christmas spirit, wasn’t he?
re: #289 by vagabond trader
Hey Vagabond, I remember you, I was opnion at the bad place, glad that your here.
Something really unfortuanate is going on over there, Those still in pocesion of their sanity are going silent or inching closer to the weirdness of Chuck.
RIX and Vagabond Trader: I was hanging on over there to try to get in a few shots for the cause of sanity until yesterday. It just wasn’t worth it to me to have to read that crap anymore.
Besides, I would not let him/them have the satisfaction of running me off.
re: #290 by HadEnough
Thank you, looking forward to hearing about 3 Wood. Also have been keeping him in my thoughts & prayers for his job situation. He’s very sharp, and even in this market he should do well whether going to work for someone else or himself.
Whoa…let me work on that link some more. The one I pasted in is not the one I wanted.
re: #295 by vagabond trader
Taxes are better in WV.
My girlfriend and I really like Morgantown area, and it’s only a little over an hour to Pittsburgh.
I like the terrain better here than out your way. I need hills to see where I’m going! CT roads all look the same to me.

I wouldn’t sever those ties just yet. Remember, people are still getting banned over there. When they do get the axe, they need to find us here. The easiest way to do that is too keep the LGF tie-in. Later maybe, but keep it for now. Take it from one who was freshly banned.

That is how I found you… BEFORE committing LGF suicide… In fact, this site inspired me to off myself yesterday @ LGF1 (much belatedly I should add)… enough of that psycho, I was only staying for the link thing but that is not worth the nonsense…

Haven’t been here in a while. Feels like I’ve entered some kind of a wigged out bizzaro world. WTF, did aliens eat CJs brain and crap it out? LGF is now a leftist paranoid website? So sad… What happened to the days when Charles only weirdness was his bigoted allegence to the Macintosh? All I can say is WOW… this is certainly scary…
The idiocy of the loozards is beyond description. I was waiting for them to start quoting the profit (no spell check necessary) with PBUH afterwards…fascists cling to each other like velcro…
re: #298 by Number6
Good for you, you escaped the asylum.
This neighborhood is much more upscale, don’t you think?
re: #299 by dojo
Agreed!
re: #293 by RIX
We walked away. Ambled over here under an assumed, then with encouragement went out in a burst of glory that very few saw, resumed my old nic.Oh well. The funniest part, it was a double banning because hubby and I have the same ISP of course. lol.
Wish I had spoken my mind more often, making up for it here.
Well, I guess that I’ll go over the line by posting here..hell CJ’s website can’t even be viewed over here in Saudi Arabia (the government – Big Abdullah- censors the ‘net), but LGF2 can be. Since I’ve been out of touch for a while, what the heck has happened to him…it’s like he’s taken a long walk over a short pier…and he’s turned on those that have supported him for years?
Memo to CJ and his minions – word is that you ban people that post here…might as well do it to me (I’m a retired Senior Chief – and had worse done to me during my 26 years in the Navy)…but remember this – what comes around, goes around.
Hmmm…I inadvertently stumbled into a way to get not only the car swarm post but the entire archive of Dec 30, 2005 of LGF. Here’s the link again (save to click on because it will take you to the yahoo search page, and from there the link will take you safely to LGF):
Car Swarm Watch
When you click on the link, you will get a page that has all of Dec 2005 posts. Scroll down to Dec 30 for the Car Swarm post (replete with car swarm photos).
that should be “safe to click on”
re: #26 by Owl
The answer is as simple as this…
Aliens ate CJs brain and crapped it out….
The libs over there are like pack hunters.
If you take one on they swarm.
Logic & truth are always the first victims & theer is always the old stand-by “Chales said”
Soon the ad-hominem attacks start.
While I’m at it , the gutteral attacks by Cato The Elder on Sarah Palin would gett him banned if he was attacking Michelle Obama.
re: #305 by RIX
“Good for you, you escaped the asylum.

Just about everyone I wanted to keep reading/talking to was already banned and here!

“Just the usual, banned on 9/11
Sadly ironic, the very reason most of us ended up there…good to have you here though…
If you followed that link I pasted in, you’ll discover that you can even read the comments to LGF’s posts. Yep, Charles is totally exposed. Every post he’s ever written is completely accessible from outside his site, from Yahoo. He’d have to delete his entire blog from 2007 and back if he wanted to hide them.
I took a new nic, because I find Vercingetorix to be a fascinating historical figure, but I identified myself as posting as opnion at LFG.
It only took four days for some guy named Jimmah over at LGF to include me on their hate list.
I want to thank Jimmah& Everyone over there who voted for me. I am very proud, but I couldn’t have done it by myself. thank you, thank you.
Meant welcome aboard, but Doc’s are the greatest sailors ever! Semper Fi back at ya, sure you earn that as well…

re: #318 by bluliner10
Glad to be with you & the rest. It is fun here, there is no fun at LGF. Do you get the feeling that you would really have to explain a joke to Charles?
re: #319 by Godzilla
I seem to remember google does that too, but people have specifically asked them to wipe stuff from their archives, and they have. Seems to be only leftists who’s had that done.

Since lately the Head Psycho-Lizard has either directed or encouraged his ‘minions’ to attempt a physical assault against this blog HE RECOMMENDED BE CREATED, I thought I would warn folks commenting here (old and new) about a potential investigative tool that could be used to detect your presence here.
The gravatar thingy while a grand and noble effort to provide blogs and commenters with an Icon that can easily follow the commenters around, it can be used to your detriment.
Since it follows your EMAIL ADDRESS and NOT the Nic you’re using on a particular blog, it is possible for someone to recognize a comment by you at one blog under one Nic as also being you at a different blog using a different Nic. Thus your two (or more) Nics can be linked. If you use a similar/same nic at lgf as you use elsewhere and use a different one here it is possible for an anal-retentive, obsessive compulsive paranoid out for personal vengeance to invest the time (that otherwise sane people use for living in the real world) to discover that you are commenting on a site that is on “Der Leader’s” Unapproved LGF Sites. (and haven’t THEY got more numerous lately?).
Just saying. Be careful out there.

Thanks. Isn’t it Capt. Queeg-ish, to track all that stuff? Talk about obsessive.
I used to laugh at his attempts to have you purchase something at amazon.com, under his little group thing, so he’d get a cut. LOL!
Good to see you again.
I really did not fully appreciate how profoundly nuts that it is over there until I came here.
The last few posts are the reason I stopped lurking here, and posited my resignation at the previous place…when the loozards were pissing all over themselves to justify the crappy DHS memo suggesting that as an Iraq Vet, and unhappy with the “progressive” political stance of the gov’t that I should be surveilled to ensure that some neo-nazi skinhead gang would not recruit me to cause unspeakable violence against my own citizens. I could not stay there any longer. It was my own “personal Vietnam” welcome. Sorry Tee and you Vietnam Vets, your inglorious return and subsequent trauma inflicted on you by your own, is far worse than mine, but a place that I valued for intelligent conversation and occasional fun, suddenly turned against me and those of us who volunteered to protect them. Losing friends and acquaintances, and brothers and sisters I never knew…and those jackasses sat on sactimonious bullshit created thrones and deigned themselves worthy to critize my opinions, and assign me to a nefarious plot to usurp the one document, WE VETS have done more to protect than any of those worthless turds can even imagine.
Now, I am sitting an ATM stop, and a cab ride to Angeles City and I shouldn’t be typing on the computer my last night here…some things never change…I need Red Horse tonight…
I came over here after reading some posts over at AoSHQ about CJ and his decent into oblivion…have to go through a proxy server to view his website (”Big Abdullah” blocks his site – must be evil in the Saudi government’s eyes). All I can say is WOW! Dude is nuttier than grandma’s homemade fruitcake…and his former “supporters” are attacking him like Indians attacking a one-wagon wagontrain on the Great Plains (insert “Blazing Saddles” scene here).
What tripped this off – the election, bad mix of alcohol and drugs, Mexican food or too many endorphins in his bloodstream?
Glad I found this place here…have to shower when I check out LGF with brillo and bleach to get the filth off of me…

LGF>>>
‘No Evidence’ Rifqa Bary’s Parents Want to Kill Her.
The anti-Islam blogs have been hyperventilating for months over the case of Rifqa Bary — a Muslim teenager who converted to Christianity, ran away from home, and found a new home with a radical fundamentalist Christian preacher, Blake Lorenz of the “Global Revolution Church.”
People like Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer have injected themselves into this case, judged her parents, and found them guilty of intended murder — because they’re incapable of imagining that Muslim parents might not be murderous monsters. In their twisted paranoid world, all Muslims are honor killers, and that’s all there is to it. Evidence be damned. If her parents say they love her and would never hurt her … well, that’s just what a lying Muslim would say, isn’t it?
Now the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a report on their extensive investigation into the charges that Rifqa Bary’s parents intended to murder her, and it concludes that there is “no evidence whatsoever of alleged abuse or threats of death made by the girl’s parents.”
CJ is a wacked out imbecile…. Geez, no evidence, like shouldn’t there be a recording or something of her father threatening her? If this girl is returned and anything happens to her CJ will probably just blame her for inciting her parents…. CJ… YOU ARE A PATHETIC EMPTY SHELL OF YOUR FORMER SELF…. GO TO HELL….
re: #274 by Speranza
Yeah, Charles was crowing about the alledged drop in ad revenue that has hit Glen Beck yesterday. I say alledged because he took his information from a press release from a moonbat group that has been the ones pushing for a boycott of Glen Beck. Like Charles, I am certain they would never lie, so it is OK to quote their
propagandapress release as the One True Word of Obama. What makes this doubly delicious is that LGF’s ad revenue is down. Way down, if I don’t miss my mark. All that he has now are Amazon banner ads. I reckon he gets a small commission if people click through and actually buy something, but how many people do that?

ACORN is clearly unethical & probably a proveable criminal enetrprise.
CJ twisted himself into knots trying to defend them. It was actually disturbing to read his comments & the lemmings that follow him on that thresd.
re: #355 by Iron Fist
Iron Fist – it’s the mindset of “getting over on ‘DA MAN’” that ACORN has…they are like some families on “government programs” for generations – they are “entitled” to your money…
ACORN and their leaders need to be tried under RICO…and if any of those that are indicted are “close” to Barry O, well, damn the bad luck…and I’m sure that Bubba would like a new “spouse” to share his cell with him on those long dark nights in prison…

IMO the best time is on the overnight thread when Charles Foster Johnson is in a fitful. fever nap.

Three years ago Iceweasel would have been ran out of there in a few weeks for posting the vile trash she spews. She would have been labeled a troll. Now I wouldn’t be surprised if she is not the head monitor loozard of the overnight early morning threads.
Rain of Lead: I read the number wrong and missed a whole 100 bannees! Damn, this is unprecedented stuff.
I’ve been around forums since 1996 and this is the first Death By Suicide of this magnitude that I have seen.

Ice Weasel is a true train wreck of a human being. You could cut the hate coming out of her with a Knife.
She creates straw men, knocks them down & then claims some childish victory.
Ad-hominem attacks & vulgarity are her specialties.
She is a Sacred Cow over there though, which tells you how deep that Chuck has sunk.
a comment from the “new” lgf
I think my judgment might be impaired, I voted Republican, in the last election. I don’t see ANYTHING good coming from the party, just now.
The Weasel’s survival and rise to prominence at 1.0 is symptomatic of the crazy change of orientation over there. That could not have happened two years ago.

Remember fact checking? Clearly, selrahC doesn’t.
Ok, that first quote was supposed to be this:
Sorry ’bout that.

Years ago the weasel would have been run out of LGF by all the other posters, now she is the cyber bull over there.
This is how Ace now has the spot formerly occupied by LGF on its blog roll

How about this for evidence?
Muslim nations have rejected the UDHR in favor of the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights. The CDHR explicitly makes sharia supreme over all western notions of human rights. In sharia, apostasy is punishable by death. I could quote the somewhat less clear Quran passages, and the bloodcurdling ahadith, or the sharia rules — but Spencer and Bostom (and others) have done that. People forget that sharia law means using the Quran and ahadith the way we use constitutions, statutes, and regulations. People in ‘the West’ just can’t grasp a pre-Renaissance, pre-Enlightenment civilization. And if they can they usually plunge into deep denial.
Note: I did not say “honor killing”. I said “apostasy”. Rifqa’s problem is much more serious than worrying about her family killing her to restore their honor, though that is a real possibility. The fact is that if Rifqa’s family can get her to a few dozen countries in the world they can have her committed (in order to get her to ‘revert’ back to Islam). If that fails she can be tried and executed in the ordinary course of business. This is the sharia solution: give the apostate a chance to revert. If that fails execution is to be “swift”.
One case which actually made the papers over the last few years was Abdul Rahman in Afghanistan. He had to be spirited away to Italy to avoid execution.
The problem is not a lack of evidence Islam kills apostates. The problem is a lack of reporting by the media and willful blindness on the part of craven officials who don’t dare confront the only religion which plays for keeps. Or idiots like Charles who can’t see anything but the term “honor killing” in this case.
Hey glackinspeil and number6, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. If I missed any other new folks, sorry.
I have a theory on 3wood. He is a guest blogger at JWF,no? JWF delinked LGF. I’m sure they all agree, that the differences in editorial opinion are not worth the blog traffic. Only my opinion.
re: #320 by RIX
Jimmah and the Weasel got me. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
CJ has a new post on the attendance at the dc rally. Holy moley, how many times can you do/say the same thing. Does he think the lizards are so stupid they don’t know his opinion on this issue? Probably.
I was banned for suggesting that there is a limit to how much intolerance can be tolerated. I also defended Spencer.
Funny that The Blogmocracy would equate LGF with Huff Post:
http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2009/09/i-won.html
He pulled a total Houdini on his “Two million” post because someone posted a photo from here showing that if you want to claim 60K-70K at the 9/12 rally, you’re a moron:
Link and discussion here:
http://hotair.com/headlines/?p=52590
Because he got owned in that thread he quickly started another one so that he can claim he didn’t see anything despite being called directly out for being a moron.
New post: ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR?!
*This* is what the “Same LGF as it’s always been” has reduced itself to?
I’m appalled by your childish blindness, Charles.

Nobody really knows why Johnson has gone off his rocker. Some cite personal problems, money, or a new girlfriend.
My own personal feeling is that Johnson has always been a liberal, but once 9/11 happened, he at least got a bit conservative (hawkish) about national defense.
Now that it’s been several years and America has not been bombed by Islamic Jihadis again, I think Johnson likely believes the threat is gone (he’s gotten complacent about Muslim terrorism), and he wants to go back to his liberal roots.
Johnson, I think, looked around and didn’t like rubbing elbows with social conservatives and Christians on his blog.
Johnson tolerated them so long as he was hawkish on the WoT and maybe viewed them as necessary allies at the time, but now that he’s gone “head in the sand” about Muslim terrorism, he just finds the soc. cons and Christians annoying.
You can find several online summaries of the LGF 1 deterioration.
Here below are a few pages that have such summaries (or partial summaries).
However, some of these summaries of LGF 1’s decline neglect to mention Johnson’s bashing of…
Intelligent Design and Creationism,
Glenn Beck,
his fall-out with Robert Spencer of “Jihad Watch,”
and his trashing of Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and Sean Hannity:

On an earlier thread from a few days ago someone else suggested setting up a tip jar / donate button, but the blog admins were not comfortable with that idea.

Other than Rodan and Savage, the other admins are “m” and “Wrath of G-d,” and there might be one or two others I am forgetting.

Johnson is actually referring to criticism of Islam as “anti Islam?”
Very ironic considering his harsh, on-going treatment of Islam for several years at his own blog was considered by many people on both sides of the issue to be “anti Islam.”
Even more ironic coming from a guy who is very anti-Christian (though he and his most stalwart followers deny that he’s anti-Christian).
Johnson is not cool with being “anti Islam” but is totally fine with being “anti Christian.”
post #119, Regarding: “abusive language”
During an exchange about evolution (I am against it, Killgore Trout supports it), I was on the receiving end of very abusive language from Killgore Trout.
It was unprovoked, and I did not reply in kind; I remained polite to Killgore Trout.
Trout referred to me and other Creationists with some very vulgar terms at one point, like “You and those other Creationists are m*therf*cking idiots” -or something along those lines.
At no time did Johnson step in to tell Killgore to halt the abusive language towards me.
post 195, Re: Obama and Kayne West
I bet if this had happened under George W. Bush’s tenure and Bush had called West a “jackass” the liberals would’ve insisted that Bush was a racist for it.
post #285, Regarding: LGF 2 Blog Problems
Apparently the latest blog problems (as of Sept 15) were just due to technical issues.
However, the first time the LGF 2 blog went out (around Sept 13 or 14) may have been due to sabotage by LGF 1 members.
LGF 1 member “Irish Rose” took credit for getting the Blogmocracy (that is, LGF 2) removed the first time it happened; she discussed it at LGF 1.
Irish Rose said at LGF 1 that she filed a TOS complaint with this blog’s hoster and that is what caused this blog to go down. (I’m unclear if that is what actually happened or if she was just bragging.)

So Johnson is trying to deny that the parents might want to kill the girl (Rifqa) for converting?
The thing that matters is that the girl herself is afraid of this, and that is why she ran away.
She must think it’s an actual possibility, otherwise she would not have run away.
Beagle….
The girl is a hateful nazi, facist, islamophobe… nuff said.
Buckeye Nation has been on a roll today over @ 1.0. Actually standing up for conservative ideas? Posh!
I wonder how much longer you’re gonna last there, friend.
Wow…so happy to find this site! I’ve been lurking here for a few days thanks to a google search for info on what the hell happened at LGF. It was one of my daily must read for years — I went back a few months ago after a long absence and thought I stumbled into the fever swamps of the DU or DailyKos by mistake. WTF happened?!
What a pathetic, idiotic turn for Charles Johnson. He is now the very type of person he used to ridicule and take apart on his site. Someone should award Charles the Asshat of the Year Award.
In any case, I’m happy to see all you former Lizards with your humor and intelligence intact.
re: #396 by otis
Check out Cloudy Day’s post #393 above if you haven’t already. It’s great.
I left LGF because I found I wasn’t enjoying it anymore and kept coming away in a bad mood (that’s always a bad sign).
After reading some of the other former posters’ material from links in #393, I found that I haven’t moved ideologically …. rather the make-up of LGF has moved left. Considerably.
I was further stunned by the sheer number of posters who have left/been banned, many of whom I’d forgotten about and am glad to have rediscovered.
Any way, glad to see you here too!

Either that, or some Janeane Garofolo clone has him by the twig & berries and won’t let go. Ah,to be in love…
re: #397 by eschew_obfuscation
Some guy has a comprehensive set of anti-LGF links, if you’d like to check it out (the links are on the right hand side of the page, under the heading “commentary”):
Fluidoz’s Blog
In my #393 above, I was trying to limit the links to only summaries of the situation, rather than list every single anti-LGF link.
re: #397 by eschew_obfuscation
Thanks! I did check out the links.
LGF hasn’t just moved way, waaay left, it’s moved into the nuthouse…but I repeat myself. I know it’s been regarded as being a conservative site, but I thought it was a place where free-thinking folk would go for access to information & discussion regardless of political leanings.
CJ was always a liberal but didn’t let his political ideology cloud his judgment on certain issues (that’s all in the past now.) These days he’s a paranoid, Jim Jones-wannabe-fruit loop.
