What I want to know is, what’s the “other surprise” he’s blathering about? I just checked the USPTO, there’s no trademark on “little green footballs” or any related terms, and you can’t copyright a name. If he’s talking about sicking lawyers on you for the name he’s not going to get very far.
If he’s not talking about the legal route then the only options left that I an think of would require him to break the law. If that’s what he’s sinking to then he’s in serious trouble. DDOSing your host or doing anything that breaches their security will get him a very fast visit from the feds. US law on this issue has become so insanely strict recently, even joking about doing it can get you in trouble.

If they do the former, their domain name could redirect to the new site within hours.
BUT– the poor babies will have lost all their precious archives, and all comments. Unless they were clever enough to be storing independent backups– which I doubt.

While there, I got to thinking. Never a good thing. I figured out an easy way to scoop up and republish his ’secret’ content. I’m close to being able to do it real time.
The beauty is, he’s going to see this, hit up my profile and dismiss it as an idle threat. But maybe not.
Then he is going to check IP’s and recent logins based on the timestamps (geez, I hope that server has the right GMT offset) of the various posts. This wee little post is going to give him a headache and cost him some time in the logs. Because, like a cop (or a paranoid lunatic) on hot case, he just has to follow every lead.

Pretty sure there are states that can use evidence that even if is illegally obtained if it is shown the police etc. can show they had no part in gathering it. Of course it depends on what state you’re in whether secret taping is legal or not.

Nice story but it’s not true. The orbital positions of the planets were fixed for quite some time prior to the apollo missions and there are no “missing days” – as they were observed over the course of many centuries in relation to the earth as it is now. Any “missing days” would only throw out the calculations if there were accurate astronomical observations of the planets prior to the events described in the bible.

Hey. I’m surprised to be saying this, but Glenn Beck did some great work recently when he brought attention to those ACORN videos. I don’t know why he was the only cable news host that wanted to break that story, but I’m glad he did it. The creators of that video did the same undercover investigation in two other cities and got similar advice on how to get a mortgage to open a brothel employing underage girls. It’s amazing how comfortable most of the ACORN employees seemed to be while teaching the “pimp and prostitute” how to cheat on their taxes and set up phony companies to disguise their illegal activities.

My question was like “If I use your service, how can I be assured that my website won’t go down like littlegreenfootballs2.com?”

Its a fast killer he put up a fight but it is such a painful and horrible way to go. I know they make you comfortable at the end but the months he suffered must have been very hard. The few times I did see him he was always upbeat, even filming a tv action series last year.

I just cannot understand what happened over there. I’m mostly a lurker and liked to read the comments & every once in a while I would say something. The threads would always move so fast!
It did feel like a family because so many shared their everyday lives. It was fun and informative.
Now, it’s just sad. I can still post there but no longer have any desire.

That “prayer to Satan list” (while probably meant to be “ha-ha” funny) comes across as being a tad twisted and fairly mean-spirited.
If that kind of list had been posted here about LGF 1 readers, Johnson would refer to it as “hate speech” and threatened to report this blog to the FBI for it.

They were talking about a person (or two) being banned for down-dinging an open thread without posting anything. Ha ha. How funny. They call it a “flounce” to down-ding an open thread.
Later, in the same seekret room, they act as if people are banned for serious reasons.
They don’t get the fact that everyone on the right wing blogosphere is onto Chuckles’ practice of doing things like creating up and down ding buttons and then banning people for using them.
They don’t know that the word is out about what they’ve been doing.

We could say back to them that they are troubled that mass-murderers are being executed, but they have no problem with imposing the death penalty on an unborn baby.
