Speaking of banning smoking indoors, a local city to me, the city of Calabasas has banned smoking indoors and outdoors.

Smoking in one's car is allowed, unless the windows are open and someone nearby might be affected. Smoking scofflaws face warnings, fines of up to $500 for repeat offenses, and misdemeanor charges.

Smoke with the windows up, are they crazy? I am a smoking scofflaw every time I go to Calabasas, I make sure of it. I am such a rebel.
