Hamas says Israel dumping aphrodisiac gum on Gaza

GAZA CITY (AFP) — Hamas suspects that Israeli intelligence services are supplying its Gaza Strip stronghold with chewing gum that boosts the sex drive in order to “corrupt the young,” an official said on Tuesday.

“We have discovered two types of stimulants that were introduced into the Gaza Strip from Israeli border crossings,” Hamas police spokesman Islam Shahwan told AFP.

“The first type is presented in the form of chewing gum and the second in the form of drops,” he said.

The Islamist movement that has run the densely populated and impoverished Palestinian territory for the past two years said it has detained members of a gang that helped to bring in the products.

“They admitted during the investigation they were linked to the Zionist intelligence services,” he said.

Something tells me that Israel is not interested in having the Palistinians making more babies.

Israel ‘Destroyed’ Gaza Hospital that Never Existed

Another anti-Israeli campaign, this time charging that the IDF destroyed a Christian hospital in Gaza earlier this year, has gone up in smoke following an investigation by the Jewish Telegraph Agency (JTA). One question remains: what was supposed to happen with the $1.67 million raised for “rebuilding” the hospital?

Several months ago a fundraising campaign was conducted in Greece, with a star-studded telethon for the hospitals that Israel allegedly “destroyed with their bombs” during the Operation Cast Lead counterterrorist campaign from last December through mid-January.

The JTA revealed that the supposed hospital was not on United Nations and Red Crescent Society lists of damaged structures. Officials of non-government groups (NGOs) in Gaza told the American Jewish news network that only one Christian hospital was used during the campaign and that it did not sustain any damage.

[...]

After the investigation began, a financial newspaper in Greece published a small article that “a project is being sought in Gaza to be financed by the money” that was raised in the February telethon.

They don’t even care. On to the next project!

Good grief, are the terrorists running out of propaganda? Sex-inducing gum? And drops? What will Hamas come up with next?

Just who were the stars who studded this telethon in Greece that raised the money to rebuild the hospitals that never existed, but was still destroyed by the IDF? I’d like to know who some of these idiots are.

OT/ Question about the ‘Free Republic‘ site.

Are the people who run FR known to be just as bad at banning as Charles Johnson of LGF is?

I ask because FR banned me recently, and I don’t understand why.

I registered a screen name there about 3, 4, or 5 years ago and rarely used it.

I think I probably made a total of about 6 or 7 posts with that screen name at FR.

I didn’t even visit their site too often, maybe just a handful of times a year.

I was politely disagreeing with some guy in a thread at Free Republic about Michael Jackson.

A couple of days later, I logged back into their site to see if the guy I was disagreeing with had left me a message, and if so, I was maybe going to reply.

But when I logged in to Free Republic, I got a post saying that my account was removed / blocked / banned.

I cannot figure out why I was banned or blocked. My posts were not hostile, nor did I use vulgarity or profanity. I was simply politely stating my view.

I do remember reading at a few conservative sites that the moderators at Free Republic, Hot Air, and Town Hall can be rather too quick to use the ban stick.

I recall one conservative guy saying that the moderators at such sites/blogs are maybe more towards the center, and if you are deemed more “far right,” they don’t like that – so you will get banned for being “too conservative.”

Has that been anyone else’s experience here (being banned from Free Republic or some other conservative blog for a stupid, trivial, or unfair reason), or have you read it happening to other people?

I’m a pretty harmless person, I don’t make waves, and when stating my views, I try to be polite, so I cannot for the life of me understand why a moderator would ban me. I’m not threatening. I don’t disrupt a blog/board.

Exactly. And when they found out they were fundraising for lies, why in the world did they go looking for another gaza charity to give it to?

    Stupid on a dang stick.

I wish Israel would take off the Gloves with these Barbarians. They have Nukes so no one will bomb them like what happened to the Serbs.
The Israelis should copy what China did to the Uighurs. That is a model of how you deal with Islam. The problem is I don’t think Israelis have it in them to get brutal. It really is a shame, Israel is being bled by a 1000 cuts and they are doing nothing. It really is sad that China may well save the world from Islam. What irony, but History shows only being ruthless wins.

Yeah Chris Matthews, Olbermann and the Progressive attack machine are going nuts over this. I really don’t see how this is bad. Once against the Left is siding with Islamo-Fascists.

If that gum existed, it’dbe a great idea. I remember talk that us or one of our allies were working on a gas that made people insanely horny as a way to break enemy lines.

In this case, they wouldn’t have to risk sending Bar Rafaeli out there to distract them, just send the local shepherds and their flocks.

I think they support the Islamists that’s the answer. Progressives view Islamists as 3rd world revolutionaries, so people like Matthews and Olbermann don’t want them killed. That is what this is about. I have been doing research on the Progressive movement and it all comes down to the 3rd World Liberation movement.
They view Islam as a Revolutionary movement, if we were ever invaded by an islamic Army, people like Olbermann would welcome them as liberators.

There is a great new organization being formed to counter all the idiotic, and dangerous Anti-Israel activity that we must all be aware of to help it out. It is called: Z Street

No longer will our side not have a voice, if we only participate.

Regarding my #3, this site says that the people at Free Republic.com do indeed ban folks in a heart beat.

    Not So Free Republic

    Excerpt:

Free Republic is one of the Internet’s most popular news and debate forums. They enjoy a high profile on the web while promoting their site as a conservative free speech zone that does not censor debate and information.

The site’s notoriety peaked last year when participants played an important role in the CBS/Dan Rather document scandal.

Although the site is privately owned and Robinson is free to do as he likes, these recent purges have left long term members wondering if the White House or Republican National Committee has undue influence at Free Republic.

In light of the fact that rule abiding and lawful members of the Free Republic community have been shunned simply for their opinions has sent many longstanding members and financial contributors looking for a new place to express themselves.

Many are simply walking away from their accounts because of what they consider a deceptive and unethical practice that is contrary to the founding principals of Free Republic.

    28 | July 14, 2009 11:28 am

OT/ This was on Wiki’s page; this Robinson guy sounds a lot like Chuck Johnson of LGF:

    Banning participants

Jim Robinson has also made it a point to ban fellow conservatives and others who don’t completely share his political mindset. [55]

During the election and aftermath of 2008, hundreds of supporters of Romney, Giuliani and other Republicans that Jim and moderators considered RINO’s (Republican in Name Only) were booted off his site.

While that approach has slowed fundraising somewhat, it has also effectively cemented his own political structure.

Political Commentator Sean Hannity stated on his radio program that “everyone I knew basically left because of so much childish, immature personal attacks. The propensity there to eat their own. And a lot of the people– most of the people–I knew that were on it left.”

These sexually repressed hairballs need to bathe once in a while, have a glass of wine, get off the keeeel infidel obsession and treat their woman like humans. The rest will follow, no need for bizarro fantasies about X rated ziogum. Jeesh, what retrogrades.
