Chavez ally ousted in Honduran coup

In a blow to the International Progressives movement, Honduran President Jose Manuel Zelaya has been removed by Congress and the Military. His own party that controls the Congress removed him. Hugo Chavez and his Progressives Latin Traitors are upset over this. His American ally President Hussein Obama is also upset over this.

Honduran Congress names provisional president

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (CNN) — The Honduran Congress voted Sunday to strip President Jose Manuel Zelaya of his powers and named the president of the Congress, Roberto Micheletti, as provisional president.

Zelaya was removed from his residence Sunday morning by military forces who transported him to Costa Rica.

I salute the Honduran Military for backing this congress led coup against this radical progressive. The Progressive/Marxist movement is a worldwide cancer and I support any means to defeat them.

Poor Barack, ‘we must work out our disputes through peaceful dialogue, and respect the elected government under all conditions’ Obama, has been foiled again. I expect more stern words to follow along with another worthless UN resolution, denouncing the actions of the people.

They had a massive protest today, with estimates ranging from 3,000 to 20,000.
Venezuela offered ‘no visa required’ entry to Iranians, and apparently a large number of clerics thought it was time for a vacation.

To put it another way, this was not a coup in Honduras, but the rule of law being applied against an illegal usurpation of authority.
The Courts, the military, and his own party prevented an illegal act from taking place.
They should have thrown him in jail, instead of out of the country.

I still don’t think coup is the correct term.
No new civil or military government has been installed, only the President has been removed, while the system remains the same.
I think saying the government was protected from an illegal act requires another term.

Mullahs Cannot Stop the Persian Reawakening.

It has been said that perhaps President Obama’s March speech to Iran is what has fueled the current unrest, and when I look back at what my Iranian friend said in March, that may be true — not because he inspired it, but because he angered the Persians. I asked Babak Iran if the Farsi subtitles of Obama’s speech were accurate. He assured me that while the translation was accurate, the message itself had infuriated the Iranian people who are not in league with the mullahs who wish to destroy their Persian heritage. I had his permission to provide my readers with his reaction:

“I can tell you that Iranians are infuriated with the message, as am I. Iranians do not think that the Islamic regime of Iran is their government. They look at it as an occupying army of Muslim killers determined to destroy what Muhammad and his killers could not do for 1400 years.

Official US reaction to the Honduran events via Hillary Clinton….

“The action taken against Honduran President Manuel Zelaya violates the precepts of the Inter-American Democratic Charter and thus should be condemned by all. We call on all parties in Honduras to respect the constitutional order and the rule of law, to reaffirm their democratic vocation and to commit themselves to resolve political disputes peacefully and through dialogue.”…..

    That’s some liberal hubris.
They preserve their constitution and democratic principles, by removing a President that wanted to install himself for life, and Hildebeast gets indignant.
Meanwhile, in Iran, there is a seven point statement being handed out to the protesters in preparation for today’s protest, that I’m certain she would find offensive, and B-HO as well.

7 point statement distributed among the protesters in Tehran today:

    1. Dismissal of Khamenei for not being a fair leader
    2. Dismissal of Ahmadinejad for his illegal acts
    3. Temporary appointment of Ayatollah Montazeri as the Supreme Leader
    4. Recognition of Mousavi as the President
    5. Forming the Cabinet by Mousavi to prepare for revising the Constitution
    6. Unconditional and immediate release of all political prisoners
    7. Dissolution of all organs of repression, public or secret

As to the job, I won’t believe it until I start working. Well, it appears things are looking better either way! My wife let the youth group from church borrow her 2007 minivan for a trip to Creation 2009, and had to use my 94 Chevy s-10 blazer. There were various complaints about it, and she asked why I couldn’t get a new vehicle. When I asked her if she’d pay for it (since I pay for her van), the subject was changed for some reason.

She was very glad to get her van back yesterday though.
