IDF enters Gaza Neighborhood

It looks like the IDF is testing Hamas defenses in Gaza City.

Israeli forces enter Gaza City neighborhood

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) – Israeli ground troops battled Palestinian militants in the streets of a densely populated Gaza City neighborhood early Tuesday, destroying dozens of homes and sending terrified residents running for cover as gunfire and explosions echoed in the distance.

Israel’s push into Tel Hawwa neighborhood was the farthest it has moved into Gaza City during its 18-day offensive against Hamas militants, and brought Israel’s ground forces within a mile of the crowded city center. Palestinian hospital officials say more than 900 Palestinians, half of them civilians, have been killed.

Israel launched the offensive on Dec. 27 to end years of Palestinian rocket attacks on its southern towns, and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has vowed to press forward with an “iron fist,” despite growing international calls for an end to the fighting. U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon was headed to the region Tuesday to press for a cease-fire.

Israel needs to storm Gaza and finish this!

    “1/2 of them civilians”?

You will find this claim in almost every news article. But how exactly would anyone know who is a civilian and who is a Terrorist? There are only one way this claim could be true….and that would be if the doctors knew every single Hamas Terrorist. I doubt this to be the case. I’d put my money on that claim being complete B.S.

50% though…pretty high odds. Good shooting Tzahal.

Off Topic. I couldn’t find the old “Manties” thread on here (or maybe it’s on the other LGF2?).
    Man-Girdles

    Beer gut or six pack?

Yep. The Australian beer belly could become an endangered species as man girdles — garments that suck and tuck and take inches off the waist — become the new man accessory du jour.

The trend for body-shaping underwear for men began earlier this year when American underwear brand 2(x)ist launched a range of “bottom and waist-trimming” undergarments. And now an Aussie Australian company is getting in on the act.

This month, the Sydney-based Equmen will launch its version of the man girdle — a “core precision undershirt” designed to transform a beer belly into a six pack.

Sorry Savage, the link didn’t work.

I was bitching about google – they have a great search tool, but I hate to use it with all of their bowing and scraping : muslim google.

Christian google? Jewish? Not that either would require one… but islam, of course.
