India’s Muslims must face up to terror
This article is wrfitten by an Indian Muslims. He’s honest and I give him credit. Unlike Leftists who make excuses and many Muslims, this guy steps up. He admits Islam has a problem!
Watching the terror nightmare unfold in Mumbai over the past three days on TV, my children have repeatedly asked me: “Who are these terrorists and why are they doing this?” And every time I wished I could offer them a convincing answer. I was clueless why these people had taken over Mumbai and were targeting people who had nothing to do with them. I was also ashamed to tell them that the terrorists were Muslims and came from a country that was created in the name of Islam.
At work, while my colleagues went about covering the madness in Mumbai and laying out pages with the images of the Taj Hotel with its Islamic arches and domes go up in smoke, I find it hard to look at them in the eye.

This dude has a problem if he thinks that the only problem is terror attacks committed in the name of Islam.
Sounds like he and his son are both based in Saudi Arabia. If his son goes to Saudi school/madrassas, then the question sounds more rhetorical: he just needs to read what those text books say about Infidels, and then check whether the actions of those jihadis match what’s recommended in the book.
Also note that this editor is more embarassed at Islam’s name being dragged through the mud, as opposed to 300 people being wantonly killed. Somehow, had the entire world seen this act through the lens of the jihadis, I doubt that he’d have had a problem.
@DJM: so tell me where it says in the Qur’an that killing innocent people is allowed. Oh by the way don’t pick and choose verses in the Qur’an because if you do then you change the entire meaning of the verses. The same rule can be said about the Bible and Torah.
@Purple Prose: That is not Jihad, that is terrorism. Jihad is a struggle to stay good from temptations and evil, NOT killing innocent people. Don’t think everything on CNN is true.

And please explain how I can show you where in the quran killing ‘innocent’ people is allowed if I can’t use verses from the quran?

A. That depends on the definition of “innocent”. People we call innocent would not be called innocent in islam because they are filthy kafirs.
B. Someone else had a “struggle”. Ever hear of Mein Kampf (My Struggle/My Battle)? Besides, CNN is intent on keeping the world asleep. They call terrorist “militants” all the while claiming that islam means peace (they leave out the -peace through submission to allah- part). So I would think you’d praise them.
C. Corrupt muslims are the problem, agreed. But they sure have a lot of koranic backing. Christians pitched a bitch at the catholic bishop scandal, but muslims always try to justify islamic bullshit. Tell those corrupt muslims, like the imams that preach hate and the “pious” that believe they get a free ticket to allah’s whorehouse for killing the dirty infidel. Tell them they’ve corrupted your religion, and tell them they need to reform.
The infidel will wake up one day, and it won’t be pretty.
