I think it’s great, but I also think we should take care to keep this blog on a track to become serious contenders in the world of blogging. I’ve seen quite a few seemingly unjustified negative comments about LGF2. Lets prove them wrong.
DJM any ideas on what we can do to make this blog better?
email me with links of negative commentaries. I personally have not seen them.
To be honest, I don’t have the links. I read something at LGFWatch, I think, and surfing around I found another that called us “right-wing fruitloops” or something similar. I didn’t find it important enough to save the links.
I know the people here are not wackos or “fruitloops”.
The point I wanted to make here is that we take care not to fall into that pit.
One thing I would do for this blog – steer clear of posts that target LGF. I think we’ve made our point. I think someone made the suggestion of having a list of members and why they were banned from LGF – the real reason, not Charles’ lies. We should do that and link it in the “available pages” section.
We should continue to post LGF material here and allow commenters to say what they want (within reason). We should continue to welcome banned LGFers. We’ve already started adding our own original posts, and thats a great step in the right direction.
Remember our mission, set in place long before I arrived:
“This website is for ex LGFers in exile. Charles and his master, Killgore trout ban anyone who disagrees. We will not do that. We will have the same stories minus the Charles worshipping. LGF is a cult, LGF II is a blog.”
Let’s do that. Lets make LGF2 into what LGF used to be. All the same stories (and more!) and the opportunity to speak your mind about those stories without fear of being blocked. Speak your mind without worrying about stepping on a admin’s toes, or being banned for disagreeing with a favored commenter, etc.
